Beautiful fully furnished upstairs apartment!

This space features 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a fully appointed kitchen, a large and comfortable den, and beautiful pasture views.

We're located close to several wedding venues and eclectic down town Ballground. The property is an easy distance from several local cities, and is an hour away from Atlanta. It's an easy day trip to the city or the North Georgia mountains!

A great space for parents or wedding parties utilizing the local venues.
We’re also close to several equestrian hot spots. There’s beautiful trail riding in Dawson Forrest and Will’s Park and it’s arenas all within an easy drive. We can accommodate horse trailers and short term horse stays on our pasture with advance notice. We have a full wrap around drive, so it’s easy to park and pull a trailer. We’re fellow horse folks ourselves and understand the needs and accommodations for traveling with horses.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.

What a delightful and peaceful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here. The host’s attention to detail is amazing. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was so fun to see the mules out in the pasture each day and all of the greenery and flowers were all so vibrant and gorgeous. We would definitely return to this spot should our travels take us to the area north of Atlanta again. Thank you!

I can’t recommend this properly enough for anyone looking for a quiet, tranquil night away from hustle of city life. The apartment was well appointed and well stocked. The deck looks out onto a pasture. The furniture was comfortable, the decor was quaint. It all works together. Do yourself a favor and give this property a second look.
