A cozy place for a relaxing stay in beautiful Canmore. Enjoy a year round outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tubs and fitness room. Convenient location for short walks or rides to downtown Canmore, Elevation Place, shops, restaurants and nature paths.

* * * Our guests are welcome to use our complimentary bikes to roam the town! * * *
(May – Mid October, unless if there’s snow on the ground)

The condo has 1 king size bed and 1 double sofa-bed; free wifi internet, a natural gas bbq in our big deck and in suite washer dryer; you are welcome to park your vehicle in the heated underground garage, where you will also find bike racks and a ski locker.

The unit offers a portable AC in the bedroom and a set of fans to cool it down during the Summer months for a comfortable sleep.

* – Be aware that the bicycles are not suitable for rough terrain or downhill riding.
You are responsible for keeping the bikes in good shape and working condition. We kindly ask you to take care of any repairs (flat tires, loose parts, mechanical problems, etc.) if using the bikes during your stay, so the next guest can enjoy them too. This request includes cleaning the bikes if you rode them on muddy roads.
Any damages, problems not attended or fixed or not cleaning dirty bikes will result in deduction from your damage deposit.
Never carry the bikes on your vehicle unless they need to be repaired.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you purchased Bear Spray, DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE UNIT. You will be charged $125 for us to dispose of it and you could be liable for improper use.
The thermostat must be left on. When heating the unit never above 23 degrees and never below 19 degrees during the cold months (October – April).
If you used the pullout couch, strip the sheets, before folding it back. Leave the sheets out for our cleaners to launder. Do not return the sheets to the bed bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Another excellent ski week here. The location is great to walk downtown, enjoy the views and find some delicious food. The condo has everything one would need to be comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils we needed to prepare meals. I appreciated the heated garage. Not only was the car warm before we headed out but it was a great place to wax skis. Thank you again!

This was a great unit. Extremely clean and very spacious for two people. It has under ground parking with easy access to units by elevator with luggage trolleys supplied to transport all your belongings. There was a nice hot tub in the same building with easy access. We would definitely stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at the The Grizzly. The Condo was very comfortable, and clean. There were no issues, and checking in and out was very simple. We liked the fact that there was indoor parking, although very dusty, I am presuming that is just because of the time of year. The pool and hot tub areas are well maintained. The setting is nice and just outside the downtown hustle and bustle if you want a little bit of quiet but it is not too far away that things are not easy to get to. We would go back to this condo again.

Beautiful view of Mount Lady MacDonald

I could have sat in that little dining alcove in this cozy unit all day, enjoying the view of Mount Lady MacDonald and Grotto Mountain. Being on the top/fourth floor in this condo unit was a huge plus, to see above the adjoining condos. Heading outside and walking trails around/close to town also topped the charts. I loved this space. I definitely want to come back!
