Everything is good except hot tub which is closed for maintenance

Very small room. Price is high relative to the room size and conditions.

The condo was in good condition and the location was close to Banff. The facilities were well maintained and the restaurant on site was quite good.

Very close to the highway, convenient for getting on and off for heading east. We were fortunate to be on the quiet side of the hotel, facing the town. The hot tub was great, they had robes in the room. They had a funky A/C, that was in the window, so you couldn’t open the window. That was kind of a bummer, since it was cooler outside.

We had the 2 bedroom suite and after a small ship cruise and weeks in hotels this suite was sooo good. So roomy and with every convenience. It was lovely to feel at home and it was hard to leave. Our only slight negative was the shower cubicle was teeny tiny and the shower over the bath had a problem (reported). Highly recommended

The view is good, except the TransCanada highway runs right behind this place. Imagine a gorgeous view of the mountains but with I-10 in front of it. The room was nice. Just big enough for two. Our favorite part was the heated floor in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom circuit went out 3 times during our one week stay... the reset button in the wall only worked once, and the hotel staff simply recommended flipping the breaker from the fuse-box... expect to play electrician. The staff is average. Parking is exceptional! Very easy to access and safe feeling, as it is underneath the hotel.

The hotel is really nice and had good service. The price was good also. Our initial room was a one bedroom suite that had no thermostat and was hot. The hotel up-graded us to a larger one bedroom that was great. We would stay there again in the larger room.

No outdoor pool for summer travel with children but good views of the Rockies; conveniently located off the main highway
