We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chateau Canmore. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. A special thank you to Ahmed at the front desk for his outstanding customer service. He helped us with everything we needed and greeted us warmly. His kindness and professionalism made our stay even better. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would be happy to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay there. Rooms were clean and enjoyed pool and small gaming area. Definitely train sound is clearly heard inside the room but we were tired so didn’t matter to us that much.

We got an amazing deal for the long weekend. Very clean room. Basic necessities provided including a Keurig. Would have liked to have some cutlery packets and napkins. The duplex had an amazing view. Staff were helpful and friendly. Hot tub outside had nice lights set up for a good atmosphere.
