Great for our purposes. Central to our planned places to visit

The hotel is too old but have not done much maintained it either. We have not had choice because the trip was scheduled last minute. Next time, we will stay at the different facility for sure. I needed to print business document but I had to send it to front desk employee who can print it. No way I would send the semi-confidential doc to hotel employee to print. They should buy $200 printer for their customers' free use!

The staff were friendly, informed and helpful. They demonstrated true hospitality...Veronica at front desk and the gentlemen who was on late shift with her (name?) were amazing. My room's carpet had just been update so it gave it a nice clean feeling. The size of the room (loft) was enormous) and the fireplace was a nice touch. The common area were nice and well maintained. Very convenient location. Cons: the drains were slow running and felt old. The bed was horrible and I couldn't get a good night's rest and I had a sore back! I wish they wd have nicer beds bc it's had hard to feel rested & recharged after the weekend.

The hotel lobby looked like it was once a nice hotel but the rooms were very dated. Beds were very hard and pillows like rocks. Furniture was from the 60's. It needs a good makeover but then the price would be up with the rest of the newer ones in the area.

Really like it. Wide room (could fit 5 pp in one room)

Despite having to wait to get checked in ( front desk guy had gone for a smoke!) we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely go back.

Our room at the hotel was a king suite with a loft bedroom and kitchenette. The carpeting was dirty, the cabinet door was falling off its hinges in the kitchenette, and the air conditioning limped along, never actually cooling the room to a comfortable temperature. The staff did try to find a fan for us, but none could be located. The hotel did have a wonderful view of the mountains, unfortunately I couldn't wait to get out of the room, and that kind of killed the whole trip. We did try to get changed to a different room, but they were booked solid.
