Our room needed some maintenance. The baseboards were visibly dirty in the bathroom. There was mould growing in the shower and the wall adjacent to the shower and mould in the window frames. The ventilation in the room was very stuffy so we did open the window multiple times during the -26 weather. Toiletries were also limited and towels were only changed once within a three night stay. There was also damage on the walls from the furniture that needed to be repaired. The hot tub was excellent, however it was cooler than expected. We didn’t mind wearing the flip-flops provided for inside the facility, but there was multiple times when there weren’t any available. Staff was friendly and professional. Payment was requested upfront before our stay which seemed unusual to us. There was a beautiful fireplace in the front room where you could sit and enjoy it however, it was only lit once, the morning we were leaving, and there was no space available due to a large family occupying that room.
