This recently renovated one bedroom/one bathroom main floor walkout suite in the Grande Rockies Resort is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. Situated just a few minutes walk from downtown shops and restaurants, it is arguably the best location in town.

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with south-facing, breathtaking mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. There is a California king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size fold out couch in the living room. Other perks include free underground heating parking, in-suite laundry, patio with grill/BBQ and furniture, heating and air conditioning, two smart TVs and free highspeed WIFI.

Good location

Overall very impressed with the quick communication with the hosts when answering our queries. Accommodation was clean and nicely presented. Directions were easy to follow. Only suggestion would be to have some basic instructions on how to work some appliances (ie airconditioner, washing machine) . Thank you .

The property rent was fine with some minor issue fix promptly. The down side, the elevator to the garage was defective, not the best situation to carry luggage down. The peoples around was kind of noisy. Not best for relax stay. It was not owners fault but not pleasant to us

Great location. Close to amenities and in and out highway 1. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the waterslide and pool area when had time. Never used work out room as we hiked a lot while there. We recommend and would stay again! Hosts were organized and the space was very practical.

We really enjoyed our stay in Canmore for our daughter’s wedding. This unit had everything we needed and was as described in the listing. Only negative was the hallway noise, due to closeness to the pool and main entrance. Communication with Kim was very good, thank you!

Super comfy for a family of 4!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights in late June with our two preteen daughters. It was such a great place to stay! Location is amazing - you can walk to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants, and it’s easily accessible for all Banff attractions also. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including utensils and seasoning for cooking. The kids loved the pool and waterslide, and the hot tub was heaven for the adults after hiking and adventuring. The Grande restaurant was delicious as well. Beds were comfy, even the pullout couch, and my husband LOVED the pillows on the king bed. Kim and Gil were great hosts with clear communication. We absolutely loved our stay here and will recommend to all our friends and family!

Good Location

Very nice condo with an excellent kitchen & shower. The downtown area of Canmore was easy to walk around with a great view of the surrounding mountain range and a nice variety of restaurants.
