Clean, comfortable and very well stocked. The coffee was greatly appreciated. I would recommend getting another mirror around the condo to help with multiple people getting ready at the sand time. Thanks again!

The place was clean and quiet. Near the highway and accessible. The owner is very nice with clear instructions. We had a great stay.

Endroit très bien situé et très tranquille. L'appartement était propre et accueillant. Tout les ustensils pour se faire à manger, les électromenagers étaient fonctionnels et propres. Le lits et les oreillers très confortables. Nous étions 3 adultes a séjourner et le sofa lit n'a pas causé problème pour mon fils de 26 ans. Le stationnement intérieur est sécuritaire et un ascenceur est disponible pour monter aux étages. Les bémols: - aucun bureau pour ranger les vêtements. Seul la penderie de la chambre offre un peu de rangement. -très peu de cintres pour suspendre les vêtements. -aucun endroit pour suspendre les serviettes de bain. Sinon, je recommande cet hébergement.

The property was clean and comfortable but hardly “luxurious “. Really a 3 star property promoted as 5. Bathroom tap had only lukewarm water. Toilet ran on unless the handle was moved, outside patio was unclean. Property is well equipped

We had a great time staying in this hotel. Although we're always out most of the time but the owner thoughtfully prepared everything we needed and communicated what we might need to bring. We wish we could stay forever. The downside was during our last few days of stay we could here noise, baby's crying and strong stomping of feet in our neighboring rooms but tolerable. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our stay. Thank you Frank and Mark.

The property is very beautiful and you can tell the host takes pride in his space and maintains it well. We smiled when we saw the chocolates ready for us on the kitchen island. Every thing was also very clean and the bed was comfy! Would stay again if we are ever in Canmore

I liked being able to use the fillterd water system of the property and the newest washing machine and dryer. However, the storage space (no hanging rack in the washroom or lack of shelves)was limited and the bulky cleaning items such as a vacuum cleaner and mob was stored in the closet for guests. I had to call the contact person to remove those items. Over all, we had a pretty nice stay though.

Perfect place

Great Condo Stay! King Size Bed and Pull our sofa perfect for my Family. Washer and Dryer right off bathroom. Large kitchen had everything we needed to cook along with a few spices that was a nice bonus. Underground parking. We were able to walk thru nice complex to get to convenience stores. Would definitely stay Again!

Everything was just superb. But if you are staying to relax and sit outside to enjoy mountain air then it’s not a place for you. The place is super close to the highway and it’s very noisy. If the windows are closed then it’s ok. The noise didn’t really bother us as we are city people and kinda numb to it.

(1) Arrived to the property with instructions to park in stall numbers that no longer existed (renos saw the assignment of new stall numbers). We had to call the owner three times just to park (the second try was because apparently cleaning staff parked in our stall). (2) Arrived to an unprepared room... still in a mess from last tenant. (3) All public areas of the 'hotel' were under renovations with a strong paint smell emanating from the hallways. (4) The hide a bed in room was non functional as while you could pull out the bed, you couldn't put it back in again as the frame was bent. (5) Several attempts to reach the owner by phone after our parking experience met with no response, leaving us no choice but to leave early. Thankfully we got out before 11 am and Expedia refunded us the stay we had not yet consumed. This place has potential, but it's the communication that is the real problem here. We did not get what we expected... the term "luxurious" definitely does not cover it.

This main floor unit has access to an underground parking spot, hot tub & sauna and exercise room with cardio and weight equipment. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable. The the kitchen has new appliances and extras like an air fryer, Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker. There is salt, pepper and olive oil in the cupboard to use. There is a BBQ on the deck to use. A fireplace that quickly turns on with a wall switch. The TV has both cable and Roku. The stacked washer and dryer are convenient for longer stays. It's about a 10 minute walk along the creek to main street and just a 5 minute walk down the road brings you to a strip mall that includes a coffee shop, fast food, fine dining and taphouse. The host is easy to get in touch with, very friendly and helpful.
