The unit was wonderful! The hosts were always available for questions. Kitchen supplies were well stocked, beds were comfy—zero complaints! The main downside about this unit is that it’s located on the ground floor directly on the opposite side of the road from the parking garage. Headlights constantly shine into the unit. The parking lot was nice to have instead of parking on a street.

The room was great. It worked perfectly for our family. I was very disappointed in the pool facilities, the hot tub was barely warmer than the pool and the whole area was very over crowded. Every morning starting between 4am and 5am and ending around 7:30am there was constant deliveries and garbage pickup. The truck drivers never bothered to turn off their diesel engines or headlights. We were awoken by this every morning at this time with the sound of back up alarms,diesel engines running, headlights illuminating our room for hours and constant banging and loud talking. Quiet time is posted from 10pm to 8am but obviously this does not apply to the hotel itself. I was very disappointed with this and would not stay there again because of this.

Our stay was ok. We were not happy that we couldn't choose our unit...would not habe chosen 1st floor facing the parking lot. We were hoping for mountain view. Pool and hot tub did not appear inviting, not the cleanest area, so we did not use them.
