Hot tub was lukewarm and unpleasent. Noisy due to hockey teams.

No self serve breakfast. Had to order, took long, not particularly good.

very convenient to get to the highway and to Banff Natl Park.

Holiday Inn Canmore is very conveniently located near Banff National Park Entrance. The room is clean and spacious, bathroom is bright clean and looks very new. We like most are microwave and fridge in the room.

Coffe machine broken. Buffet poorly presented. Service very very slow. Insufficient staff in breakfast area. Room rate high

King loft suite..Wow! Great room! Beautiful view! Jetted tub beside bed unfortunately the Jets did not work. Pasta smears on glasses were a turn off too. I would stay here again but I'll test the tub before 2am!

Breakfast was not free, as advertised! Orange Juice was not included in the breakfast buffet price (i.e. al a carte) and was expensive for an 8 oz glass!

nice accommodations for our days touring Lake Louise, Banff, Jasper national park and the ice fields

Inn was the best, cleanest overnight accommodations we had in seven nights in Canada. Also the most expensive. From the Inn we commuted to see Lk Louise, Banff, and Jasper Nat'l Park. It was worth the travel time to save over higher cost in those popular tourist sites.

Terrible stay. Not enough parking, are room was not ready . Restaurnt worse service. Hot tub was very small. And outside. Party room was next door to our room. Was asked if we could move rooms. We were told no because we paid for the king room.

A beautiful hotel. Convenient to get to off Hwy 1. The pizza in the restaurant lounge was the best we ever had.

Gorgeous setting, great staff and wonderful amenities for the value

This hotel is located in a very beautiful spot. We were happy at how easy it was to find the hotel from the highway. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub area. We were disappointed at not having a patio area to just relax at and enjoy the scenery. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for eating and visiting. We were also disappointed at not having a continental breakfast available.

The view from the hotel of the mountains was great and the beds were too. We were just travelling through.

To start the experience off, front desk staff weren't very friendly. The room was dusty and there were stray hairs in the bathroom and on the beds. The walls were thin and you could hear everything happening out in the hallways. They were renovating and the hotel lobby and restaraunt didn't look the way they did in the pictures on the hotels website(less fancy). The restaraunt had reduced hours, and closed at 9pm instead of 10, as the dining guide stated. The sunday brunch was decent at least, we arrived early so it was fresh and there was a good selection. Oh, and don't rent a movie, $14.99 for a new release!

hotel is clean and very quiet, nice view

Our stay was perfectly enjoyable, even if the service was unexceptional. Access from the Trans-Canada Highway is a cinch, and the views from our 3rd floor room were spectacular. The room was comfortable, and parking easy. The only blemish was the indifferent service, both at check-in and in the restaurant during breakfast.

We arrived late (after midnight) and reservation and room were ready. Nice decor and quiet facility evven though it is being renovated. Comfortable beds and decent size room.

Room was too hot the first night but we turned off the in room heat and opened the window and it was ok the following night. The staff were courteous but not overwhelming which was a nice change.

Hi, thank you for staying in Holiday Inn Canmore and your feedback really matters to us, Hot Tub is half covered for us to maintain the temperature of it, since we are starting to have a cold weather this past few weeks, but we apologized for the discomfort regarding our hot tub. We had 2 groups of hockey team last week but we made sure to inform their team leaders regarding the noise of the kids. Were really sorry and hope we can make it up to you for your next stay, Thank you have a great day. Yours in Hospitality Myla Guest Service Supervisor
