Poor service. We requested a room cleaning during our stay which was included, and never received it. Rhythm and howl food was not good. Spa was very underwhelming for the price, and when I asked if we could wear our robes up to our room, we were told we have to bring them back ourselves. Not a big deal, but for the price of the hotel stay and the spa, you would think room cleaning would take care of that. Would not stay here again or visit the spa.

The front desk person was rude and clearly didn’t want to work or help us when we arrived. Didn’t tell us about any amenities on site, I had to ask about parking and the spa and even where to locate the elevator. Rooms were uncomfortably hot when we arrived. I also did not enjoy having so many messages from the hotel before during and after my trip. The early check in system didn’t work and I have $10 in charges on my credit card due to trying several times. Nespresso in room was nice, but didn’t take away from these negatives.

Hotel restaurant was terrible. Big disappointment from previous time . It seems they have sunk all of their resources into their on site spa asm tj food has suffered . Prices for their rooms have gone up almost three fold so won’t be staying there again . Real shame because the rooms are nice
