Feb 23:Sugiero a los viajantes que avisen al tel que figura a que hora llegan ya que no hay timbre ni recepcion y muchos que llegan esperan mucho para entrar ya que es un complejo de apartamentos. Estuvimos en el apartamento 3.Todo muy limpio. Cocina:Utensillos básicos + refri/freezer y microondas, 2 hornallas eléctricas que funcionan bien. Baño:El 3er día pedimos limpieza y recién ahi nos pusieron una toalla de manos y alfombra, el agua de la ducha moja todo el piso del cuarto de baño. Recamara: El colchón es un tanto blando y pequeño (190*130) pedí si podían cambiarnos de apto por este tema del colchón y nos dijeron que son todos iguales, lo di vuelta y funciono un poco mejor. Cuenta con AA y ventilador en cada ambiente. En las fotos hay un sillón en el comedor, en nuestro apto no había nada.Los sillones que están el el patio interno y el patio comun son de esos con tiras plasticas que te marcan las piernas,muy incomodos.En frente pasa el "camion"(bus) muy seguido para ir y volver del centro x 20 pesos x persona y cercano a Chedrai un super grande muy bien dotado de excelentes productos. La atención de Romeo es muy buena. SUGERENCIA: Podrían hacer un arreglo con el restaurante de al lado para tener desayuno con descuento.

Tivemos que procurar outra hospedagem!

Eu não cheguei a me hospedar em Suites Lorens. Perdemos a travessia de Cancún para Isla Mujeres das 16h, como havíamos programado, e o próximo horário era às 20h. Quando chegamos ao local de hospedagem, já haviam acomodado outras pessoas no nosso quarto. Tivemos que ir para o centro tentar encontrar um lugar para dormir. Um funcionário da Suites Lorens até nos acompanhou a um lugar com o qual eles tinham convênio, mas era péssimo, emcima de um restaurante e com um barulho incessante de motor, além de mais caro. Não quisemos e o rapaz nos deixou lá e foi embora. Não indico.

Buena vista a la laguna interior y cuartos nuevos

Las suites son habitaciones nuevas. Tienen lo necesario para que una estancia familiar sea muy cómoda. El súper Chedraui está a 4 cuadras. A pesar de que está a la mitad de la isla, no es difícil moverse a las playas en punta norte o visitar la zona arqueológica en punta sur. El personal es muy amable y la zona es tranquila.
