One of my most relax vacations, hotel is right on the beach so when you sleep all you hear is the sound of the ocean waves ,it's just a perfect spot :)

This hotel is clean comfortable and has a laid back island flavor its right on the beach and within walking distance of anything you need.

great place for the $$, close to town and all you need but far enough away for peace and quiet! beautiful quiet sleep every night! right on the lagoons - too bad the gates are all locked up and you have to traipse through the lobby to get there but lovely setting. on the windier side but worth being out of the tourist "Frey" ... would go back for sure!

The air conditioning didn't work. There was no hot water nor water pressure to shower. The room was fairly clean but walls and ceiling were cracked. No water or beverages in the refrigerator. We didn't even have wash cloths.

The hotel wasn't terrible, but I would not stay there again. The gate was locked at all times so you are not able to walk directly on to the beach which was 1 reason I chose this place. You had to walk through the side entrance or the lobby. The beach is not far. The view is of the pretty ocean, and one of the largest resorts on the island. That ruined the view. The bed was mediocre. Pillows were old. Daily housekeeping was ok. Limited towels, even upon request.

They required a 150 dollars deposit, which was not informed by Orbitz. We left two days earlier due to coming hurricane and we didn't receive any credit for that.

Easy beach access. Cheap room. Worth the price. Not a big luxurious 5 star but good. Definitely book ahain

Beautiful views hammocks outside. Mini fridge in room walk to beach also has tidepools

Unaccpmating staff . I had several mosquito bites every morning after sleeping in the room. I asked for ice in the am- they didn't have it. No spray no solutions. It wasnt till i asked another employee at 4 am that was sweeping the grounds and commented about the conditions of hotel, he brought me a brick of ice. That was a pleasant surprise when he knocked on my door. Although initially he said he had no ice. No coffee, no phone The towels were changed the 3rd dayof our stsy.

Villa Kim is a great place to stay. Large rooms, great balcony, on the beach and steps to great restaurants.

My room had a balcony right next to the ocean. Wifi was not all over the hotel, but there was a nook downstairs woth wifi, books, water and a/c. My room was very clean because the fantastic staff came in everyday. The cool air from the ac is very effective and i sometimes was cold. The shower was spacious and has quality pressure. I loved my stay.

Check in and out was easy. Helpful staff. Very relaxing location with private courtyard. We will be back.

My husband and I loved every detail of our stay. We were surprised with how nice the hotel was and the island in general. We are already making plans to return! Most relaxing and enjoyable vacation i have ever had

Close to the beach, loved that we had a TV and fridge. Close to all the amazing restaurants and loved that we had a hammock and chairs in front of our room and a great beach view. Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable . clean. Hot shower. Cold ac frig. Excellent for the price. Will stay again.

If you like to swim and snorkel, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is right on Playa Norte beach.

Room was clean. Ac worked well. Staff was helpful.

STAYED HERRE FFRON 8-12 AUGUST . OLDEER UNIT , HOWEVER EVERYTHING WAS IN OPERATING ORDER . MUSTT WALK OFF PROPERTY FOR CONT BREAKFAST . CONSTRUCTION IS ONGOING ON NEW UNITS , CAUSING NOISE DURING THE DAY . THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY , AND VERY HELPFULL . AS FOR AMENITIES , YOU MUST PAY TO USE A LAWN CHAIR ON THE BEACH ( EVEN THOUGH YOU ARRE A PATRON OF THE HOTEL ... BUT YOU GET A SOFT DRINK TO GO WITH IT .

The location is just perfect; this is the first time we stayed so close (just 10 steps) from the see; listening to the waves and breeze. Even big expensive hotels do not offer that luxury. The room itself was comfortable enough; in general there is a room for improvement but we all knew that for the money paid we couldn't expect 5 start resort.
