The property was overall very nice. However, when we got to our room, we had difficulties with the showerhead, it wasn't working properly. My parents definitely still had a good time

Dont stay here. The security guards communicate with each other to see which guests are drunk and then go into their rooms to rob them. They have the key to all the safety lock boxes. No se queden aqui. Los guardianes se meten al cuarto y roban con la ayuda de unos miembros de limpieza tambien

The Grand Oasis Sens is closing on May 29, 2019 to undergo renovation and open under new management. Had we known this when booking we would not have selected this property. We paid $400 extra for an upgraded room with ocean view and King bed but got 2 double beds facing an adjacent hotel an the Air Conditioning did not work. When asked to move rooms we were told the resort was sold out but the place was empty, we have photos to prove how vacant the property was. Then we were moved to another room on our last night. Half the restaurants were closed, spa closed, bars closed and dangerous construction everywhere, workers ripping out the ceiling in hallways and lobby while guests walk by. The staff did not care about any customer requests. Absolute Horrible Experience!!

Disputing the charge with my credit card company; our room was floor to ceiling in black mold, cracks in the floor, awful smell; I requested to change rooms due to my mold allergy, and the front desk refused to provide other accommodations or assistance- my only option was to change resorts which I did. Very unsatisfied with Grand Oasis Sens- both the resort and staff.

I was supposed to stay 8 days 7 nights with my boyfriend for our anniversary. That didn’t happen. The place was so Nasty... the room was so nasty. For the first night we had to put a towel down in the shower because we weren’t comfortable standing in the shower. We stayed here only one day. Came on Friday, checked out on Saturday. The resort is old, old, old. Please don’t be like us. Use this comment and learn from it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. i only get to travel with my boyfriend once a year and there was no way we were gonna stay there for our vacation and be that uncomfortable. It felt like we were at a motel. Smh

The food was great! The property is beautiful from a far, but up close it’s in need of refreshing. Which they are doing. Desperately need to fix A/C. We were not the only ones to complain about it.

We booked in the Sian Ka'an section which is suppose to be there "high end luxury" rooms. Old, out dated, air conditioner didn't work and key card failed half the time. We asked to be moved to a new room, the front desk said we had to wit until the manager was in and that didn't happen for another 8 hours. We where Very Disappointed in this place. You can do Much better for the price elsewhere.

What was unique about the property was it’s bars located through out the property. The bad part about it was that certain bars could only serve to attendees with “The Pyramid” black bands. What we like least was we went to the Careyes Restaurant where they took one hour to prepare the food. It was not busy how was that possible. The other part was we purchased our stay at Sens just for adults. When we got there we were told it was under construction so everyone was sent to Grand Oasis. We had no choice but to make the best of it. Grand Oasis is old and run down. Do not waste your time and hard earn money to stay here.

Tried calling room service 25 times was never able to get through housekeeping sucked they skipped my room twice the food was horrible the alcohol was so cheap and watered down I really did not enjoy this resort at all.

The all inclusive was well worth it food was good! Fresh omelette maker was a great worker! Upgraded drink package worth it! All bartenders no personality Unfriendly front desk people kinda rude If the staff was more attentive I would recommend this hotel

The only thing I enjoyed was the pool on the back of the property and some of the restaurants. The room was smelly and it had a stench that stayed on my clothes ( even the ones I never whore) Lastly, when I book an all incusive I expect to be ALL inclusive not only part inclusive.

I’m not a complainer, and I know you get what you paid for. However, I expected there to be decent air conditioning in the room, and not a drainage problem in the shower especially since I was sharing a room with my girlfriends. We were switched to another room eventually, but had to go through four other rooms to figure out which one we could deal with. Management wasn’t usually around when we complained. But a supervisor tried to accommodate us. Renovation is definitely happening at the resort. Drinks did run out, and certain food items weren’t available. Assuming because of the renovation- the staff and management weren’t really concerned about accommodating current visitors. Otherwise, the guy at the swim bar Alejandro was nice. And Tito from moonlight and Buffett bar was great- they had nice customer service.

A C in room was not working properly and bathroom was not as clean as it should be

Horrible place. Don’t even waste your money. We were there for 5 days, they didn’t replace our sheets at all. Room smells like mold! Food was terrible. A la carte took forever. Waited an hour for our food! Drinks were terrible. And they refuse to give our bottled waters when you ask for it but gives it to other people!
