Pros: Close to the airport, about a 15 minute drive. The pool is fabulous! Perfect temperature and had a wet bar you can swim to. They also do daily activities at the main pool (water volley ball, Zumba, trivia, they did lap dancing one day which was odd, but every day they have a few different activities) They don't really have a staff designated to serving drinks by the pool like the other resorts we've stayed at in the past, but we would always sit close to the bar and we always tip a few bucks here and there and thats when the bar tender would automatically make our drinks and bring them too us which was very nice! The food here is the best we've ever had (this is our third time in Mexico, first time to this resort) Coba buffet (breakfast) very fast service, they have the usual breakfast items and they even make you omelettes right in front of you. Coba buffet (dinner) always different food to choose from, one night they made burritos right for you and they were excellent. Muderme Mucho (lunch) they have an inside restaurant and an outside and both have different menus. Inside is a little more traditional food and outside is tacos and tortas. We chose to sit outside (this was our very first meal here when we arrived) we had bbq beef tacos, fajita tacos, and a beef in red sauce tacos and they were awesome! Also, they bring you chips and salsa and guacamole and it was the best guac I've ever had and I don't like guac. Moonlight (lunch) this is an italian restaura

Check in was very slow tried to move us to a different hotel once we got our room air conditioner did not work Wi-Fi very poor in room one night at flooded the crew work to clean it up the front desk didn't care management they were called to check on us be upkeep of the hotels very poor the plus was the waitstaff at most restaurants are very good The entertainment team did their best good night club team at night they're very good job the pirate ship was very fun and very organized very disappointed that management doesn't care more

First the Staff was great super friendly and cheerful. The hotel itself was a major disappointment, it needs alot of work. Our first day when we finally received our keys to our room we had no A\C, TV did not work and the room had an Ant infestation. We call the Grand Plus desk and they stated they would send someone up. The maintenance man arrived and was unable to resolve the issue with the AC and stated we would have to ask for a room change. When I contacted the Grand Plus desk again we were to told they were completely full and would have to wait until tomorrow. Day 2 we had to vacate the room in the morning and take our bags to the Bell Hops outside to hold until we could pick up our keys after 3pm. Once we got into our new room things were great until the AC went out the last couple of days of our stay. luckily it was cool in the evening so we managed to get by. The other issues was the food it was absolutely awful and took more than 30 mins to get your food if not longer. You could tell the workers were understaffed and as frustrated as we were. This hotel pictures are nice, but its not what you actually get.

Did not get the room i purchased until the last 1 1/2 days of my trip, however was told i would receive my money back from orbitz. Most of the hotel staff was friendly, a few didn't do there job, as far as giving us information about our room, the room that we finally did get, the door would not lock. Kept having to go down to the sian ka'an room several days many times through out our stay, which took up valuable vacation time from us. Some other issue's that need attention there at the resort. However still enjoyed our stay.

Front desk service was ok could be better. Room conditions were average could be much more updated. However the resort itself was beautiful. The view was amazing. Staff workers were very hard working friendly people.

We randomly selected this hotel for our honeymoon mostly because it was adults only and we wanted a fun place. They had daily activities at the pool with entertainers that kept us going all day with all kinds of fun events! When we checked in, Gerardo was so kind and helped us with an easy check in. Thelma on the 9th floor cleaned our room every day with a smile and organized our stuff. Thelma was amazing! Francisco, who helped us with our bags was extremely kind. He actually gave US money for the bus when we didn't have change on us. Of course we repaid him. The buffet was great and changed everyday. Daniel was one of the best servers I have ever had. There was also a cute boy who made our eggs perfect every day! We had soooooooooo much fun!

We searched all adult only resorts. Oasis Sens was our best choice. Our vacation was like a nightmare or a very bad movie. There were so many spring breakers there and they were just aloud to take over the whole place. We were there for 2 weeks there was very little security, even less at night. Between 3 am and 5 am there were bad things happening on all of the floors. Furniture being thrown over balconies, glad being broken in the hallways, screening girls, fighting, boys crying. The buffer had wonderful food, music about 5 times too load which really got the drink kids to be even louder, drunk kids were being rude to the service worker and sleeping at the tables. The bar was over run by kids, way over drunk, the was no help for the bartender, I don' believe it was their job to be babysitters for drunk kids coming to the lobby bar with no shirts on, sleeping at the. peeing on the floor, sitting on all the chairs with wet suits on so that when we came up at night, dressed, we had to sit on wet chairs if we even could get a chair. Drunk kids trying to pick fights with older people. I could go on and on with examples. I would not ever go back there even if it was not spring break. I sure it wasn't the hotel people' falt but the higher ups. They were actually blaming it on the travel agents for over booking. They had 3,4,5 kids in rooms that only had 1 bed. There was no organization and very, very little security

I was there for 4 days/ 3 nights and had to use my US cell roaming service provider for 3 days. Very dissapointing. The room with ocean view I booked was changed to garden view/ lagoon at check in and I had to ask the front fest to honor my request. The barbecue restaurant near the pool is a joke, bland food and grease.

The resort was run down. The staff didn't seem like the guest were Important. The food was so so, and wasn't available enough. You were able to get anything to go and it took forever to get anything. The swim up bar was so separated and small. barely use. Benny the wait staff was excellent. The breakfast and breakfast staff were great!! water and beach were great.

Very nice hotel staff. The hotel itself could use a bit of maintence but if you're gonna be like me and barely be at the resort, it's perfect. The pool was great and food was eh. But overall, great experience. Would recommend.

It is nice place but some worker There are bad worth coustmer. Some stuff u Hanna pay fort. It is normal not for adult it could be for family. I do not like it and some people there told me same thing. There activate not good. More over there are free shows they do not tell u about it u have to ask. They will not tell u

Great staff , great guest I had such a great time

This was our 2nd trip in the Sian Ka’an level. We bought an airline and hotel package as I feel it is a better deal. Check in and out was quick. Room service was quick and the food was good. Our room, 859, in comparison to our first trip in room 298 was less run down. The lower floor room the tile was wearing away and there was more rust in the room. The bed soft and comfortable. The lighting in the room is good. The bathroom lights are dim, there is a light on the makeup mirror. The service was always quick and accommodating. We found that the upgrade was nice if the other bars were busy the VIP bars were always quicker. The breakfast buffet was great, big shout out to the omelet chef excellent service! Don't miss dining at Benazuza or the Black Hole. The Sushi Bar was a nice surprise. Lizette at the Sian Ka’an Beach bar was always cheerful and welcoming. Never felt unsafe in the hotel. Be aware that the beach is public and there are vendors selling illegal drugs which could run you into trouble with police and security. The pool on the lagoon side of the hotel is very laid back - great for relaxing. The exception to this is the foam party. This hotel does allow topless at all the pools. When we were there it was very small amount of ladies partaking. We had a wonderful time, felt it was clean and welcoming, the staff as a whole were nice and attentive. The food was excellent and abundant. The beach was beautiful and you just can’t beat the weather.

great staff, but just a bad hotel
