Moonlight restaurant is great! The Nutella pizza was an excellent choice for dessert. The staff was very accommodating and the beach was very pretty and clean! Would definitely be visiting again!

Nice variety of restaurants. Nice beach our room had amazing view . We had good time

Overall I had a good time, because it's hard not too with incredible weather, all you can drink and decent all you can eat food. However the hotel customer service and upkeep could use a little work. It was very odd that some of the restaurants required reservations and you had to make them at inconvenient times of the day. The hotel is fairly small, not too much happening during the day or at night. I would not return to the hotel but I do not regret going to this cheaper hotel to have a nice vacation. The pool and swim up bar was excellent, that is where I spent most of my time.

Adults only means, nit too much people around , hotel to rest and relax

Great service and food. I would definitely stay here again really enjoyed my stay here. My room was amazing

My husband and I spent 5 days and weren't sure what to expect, but we truly had a good time. The hotel had both an upscale (think lots of glass windows, marble floors etc) and a relaxed, beach vibe. I did notice, though, that it was obviously an older property. The place was well kept, but you could see the wear and patches. I think they focused on making sure the most visible places up front were renovated and sparkling. Again, the place was well kept, so not a biggie. The staff was bilingual. Not necessarily the best English for some, but it was enough. They were friendly and we were impressed that they remember our names after only a couple days. Most channels were in Spanish (other than the news channels) so it was hard to find good shows to enjoy. They did have Playboy channel which we definitely enjoyed. Most people spend a lot of time outside the room, so this may not be a big deal for most people.

Our stay was very relaxing!! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the nightlife enetertainment. The only down fall was the food it was not that great. However, we would stay there again or another Oasis property.

Hotel doesn’t have much to offer, limited food & alcohol brands you don’t recognize (cheap). Check out is at noon so if you have a later flight they don’t offer you any accommodations.

My experience was somehow half part of it possitive, restriccions to use 3 restaurants, Construcción/repairs on lobby's cealing, construccion's Workers giving dirty look to my lady. I'm not happy with this experience

Wonderful place to stay. The views from all over the resort are simply awesome. Food is very diverse and amazing. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Dear Sirs I am writing to you post our holiday at the Grand Oasis Sens in Cancun. Due to the number of reviews I have since read on multiple websites concerning your hotel, you must be aware of a number of complaints, which all reference the same issues. The hotel is superficially nice looking. However, there is clearly a plumbing issue going on structurally, which is causing terrible damp/mildew and mold throughout the whole of the hotel. The first room we were allocated smelled so bad this together with the bathroom flooding, rendered us having to not only ask, but to demand that we change rooms. The second room still had a damp smell, so much so our clothes that were hung on the closet still carried the smell all the way home on the plane and from our suitcases. The water coming from the taps was yellow. The hotel food was poor, the hot meals were cold and the hotel was generally dirty and run down but the smell of damp was horrendous. It is awful for the staff working and breathing in the damp mold spores. There were copious complaints gong on from hotel guests, all in the same vein and one couple in particular who had paid thousands for their holiday, were moved to another Oasis hotel (The Tulum) only to find out the exact same issues were ongoing. On one occasion a couple were going berserk in the hotel reception about the fact they had paid £4,000.00 for their holiday. Health Hazar.

Let me start from the beginning,we have been traveling to Mexico 2 times a year for the last 10 years. It was our 30thAnniversary trip we arrive early about 945and check in but are told to come back at 3 for a key we then head to the concierge to book our romantic Dinner for the day of our anniversary, it takes a while but we pay with our credit card and its set for 6pm two days later, When we go to check on the day of at 5pm due to weather we knew it would be moved, the concierge checks a bunch of stuff and says no its at 7 come back to the "Benazuza" at 7 it will be there, we show up they seat us in the waiting area after about 5 or 10 minutes the manager of the restaurant says we need to go see the concierge, we get escorted out to the office where he says there was a miscommunication and the kitchen department doesn't have our dinner ingredients, can they reschedule another day, we explain today is our anniversary and this whole trip was about today. he offers to refund our money if we don't want another day, which we ask for. then we ask where are we supposed to eat tonight we don't have reservations? he goes and checks and sends us to "the box" we asked why not send us to the Benazuza? He says its an extra charge. I cannot imagine why he would worry about that they already had my money. Still no refund and getting the run around from their end

The Sens was nice but could use some modernization. We were not aware or informed that construction would be going on so that was a major disappointment. Several parts of the resort were closed as a result. Also, HOUSEKEEPING would not clean the room until very late, nearly 5pm which we found to be unreasonable. We spoke to management more than once about it. Even then, the room didn't get a proper cleaning. To be fair, the food service staff were outstanding and the food was amazing. Another issue we had was what this resort considered "all inclusive" compared to our experience with other all inclusives we have stayed in. There were too many exceptions to what WASN'T included, like champagne, some wines, bottled water, certain seafood like crab and lobster. So, overall while our experience wasn't unpleasant, it was definitely not memorable. Very disappointed with this place and would not return or recommend.

First surprise upon check-in that hotel does not have 12 restaurants as it shows on their web page; second the staff attitude when I complained that out of the restaurants that were available about 4, I only had one option for dinner that night, because in one it was at additional charge (at an All-Inclusive) and the other 2 were so restrictive to make reservations that it was impossible, the clerk answered "It is not my problem". They claim to have internet, but they do not specify that is not available in the rooms, if you need to connect you have to go to lobby or public areas, not convenient at all. Drinks quality was poor, regular brands, very few alcohol content, limited and poor entertainment program. To make a restaurant reservation on the second day was a nightmare, someone confirmed by phone but person in charge of reservations had no record, had to go to Front Desk manager to complaint and get it resolved. Not what you want to be doing on your holidays.

Fair, check in employees were unfriendly no really good experience.

We started our trip outside in the lobby being directed to the right to check in. The bell man instructed us to go to the incorrect place to check in. After giving the representative all of our info, the ceiling leaking on our shoulders and having to move over to another computer to check in we get through the entire process after 15 long minutes and are given the wrong wrist bands. I asked the lady at the desk are we to get a color other than blue and she says oh yea you are in Sian Kian room go over there. She doesn't walk us over or provide any other instructions just points. We get to the Sian Kian check in area and tell the person who checked us in about our encounter at the other check in area and he said nothing, no apology nothing. We got all of our details from and were pointed to the elevators, some VIP... I watched them walk other guests around and hand them welcome drinks we got none of that. We go in our room and notice stains on the pillow case and bed spread and call the desk. After about an hour no one had come so we just left to go eat. When we came back the bed spread was changed but the stained(orange brown color, yuck) was still there. We also noticed stains on the sheer curtains on the bed and the windows- gross. The next day 8/24 we took all of the sheets and everything off of the bed because we didn't feel clean. They took our comforter off our bed, they gave us a hard time to restock the mini bar, the ac kept leaking and the tub kept stopping up.

It began with the check in process. The fact they had three staff members handling checkout at 4 p.m. and only 1 at check in made the line that much longer, when check in time is 3 p.m. After an hour plus waiting to speak to someone the room was not available and was directed to go to the VIP check in which was another wait in line procedure. Waiting in the lobby numerous people came down to complain about odors in their room, dust/mold type or poor plumbing. The package I purchased came with internet, which did not work in the room at all. The food choices were not very many and that is if the restaurant was open. There was no available all day buffet either. The drinks were terrible and all tasted the same. When ordering a mojito they brought the beverage and then informed us they do not have any mint? Then why did you say you could make a mojito. An overall terrible experience from the room, the service, the food, the drink. Not worth it.

Great time great staff .the only thing that was missing was to be able to have money exchange was never able to do.meaning dollars. .

The room was beautiful, the staff was the most attentive I have ever encountered. The alcohol was top-shelf and two of the restaurants on the resort would have made my top 5 list, and I come from Philadelphia. My room was immaculate. We had a 55" flatscreen TV, a glass enclosed shower, L'Occatane bath products, a rainfall shower head, robes, mini-fridge, and our room was serviced twice a day. The hotel is a foodie's paradise. If you take advantage of the amenities and activities the resort offers, it is your fault if you are bored. The resort always has an option to keep guests happy. My wife and I took our Smart Car to the sister resort (Grand Oasis) to use their gym every morning. We would often just use their buffet for breakfast as well. We enjoyed the beach and the bali beds that were available on the beach. The beach food and drink service was wonderful. The pools are beautiful. If you don't like this resort, you probably are a difficult person who likely would not enjoy the most expensive resorts in the area. I have stayed at some of the top 5 resorts in Cancun and I like the Sens much more. The Oasis Sens is a perfectly crafted resort for sophisticated adults.

Do not read the negative reviews!! We had such an amazing, fun time here!!!
