Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean, food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. Richard from sky bar was very attentive and experienced with the drinks. Alfonso, our concierge, was also very helpful and informative, he helped us book a last minute excursion to Xoximilco with a private shuttle instead of the tour bus, which also took a lot less time to arrive to the destination for around the same price. Overall, would love to come back to this hotel if we ever go again without our kids.

Love my experience here, I recommend if you want to relax and unwind and have great food and drinks. All restaurants were delicious. All bar tenders can pretty much make anything you request. The property itself is somewhat small compared to other giant resorts, making everything easily accessible.
