Great spot, easy check in with very helpful and friendly staff. Undercover parking is limited, so book it early. Some of the electronic items didn't work, like the TV and some of the lamps, but it is a clean, comfortable stay. Dining options are limited in the area, but it's a short trip to the CBD.

No parking available on arrival. Bathroom door broken, TV connection would drop out constantly, booked for 2 adults and only 1 mug, 1 chair, no extra blankets, Aircon kept turning off. Did advise receptionist and an extra mug was provided but no other requests actioned. Room was clean and quiet.

Didn't realize you had to prepay parking . Not sure if it was on the fine print . Was left to find parking on the street as the hotel only has 20 parking spots . First time staying at a pet friendly hotel which is fine but I won't opt for it again . Other than that it was ok . But I won't book there again .
