We stayed in the hotel for an accomodation made by the company we went to work with there. I liked the Hotel. It was confortable, the people were very warm and very attentive. The breakfast was good and the buffet dinners also. Y didn't like so much the food on the menu although they have variety and 24 hour service. The not so good part was that there aren't many options around the hotel to go by foot. There's the hotel and by cab is not so far.

This hotel is only an option if you are going to visit the Mall or the offices nearby. At the night there are no places to go or dinner. The restaurant in the hotel is extremelly limited to some "package meals" or sandwiches

This hotel has almost all to be a very good choice. Good location, renovated rooms, nice swimming pool, etc. But, although belonging to a, so called, "experienced" management chain, it fails it's purpose. First problem: TripAdvisor says that the parking is free, and it isn't! Of course, it's not TripAdvisor's responsibility to find out if and when the thousands hotels the site exposes change their private polices. The hotels have to tell the sites they're mentioned in about any changes, and not doing that, shows a lack of respect for their clients and their business partners. And in addition to this, it really makes no sense to charge for parking in this kind of hotel/location. The parking lot was no more than 40% full all night while I was there, and there's plenty of available parking in the streets around the building. Or is the hotel telling us that it's location is a dangerous one? Second problem: The check in staff, although willing to help when I said that because this issue I would better cancel my reservation and go elsewhere, took more than 5 minutes typing something on the computer terminal until finally granting me the free parking. Lack of training or, worst, a bad system. The name of this is incompetency. Third problem: The next day after checking out I received, as usual, an email with a brief questionnaire about my stay. I was happy with this, because it was the chance to let the management of the hotel know about the issues I'd faced. So I kept answering all the questions, waiting for the moment to fill the "Comments and Suggestions" field. Surprise: they only allow you 255 characters, what means they're really not interested in what you have to say (FYI, this comment has 1824 characters). This is a joke, another disrespectful attitude, a totally amateur behavior. It's a pity.

My family stayed there one night for my cousin' wedding and it was not good. Small room and not comfortable bed. They were under a huge renovation so there was noise and dust. Breakfast not good. Too expensive for what we paid... Only good part is that it was very close to the wedding venue.

not my favorite hotel. I will not stay there again, unless they decide to have comforter in the room and they will keep the bathroom clean.The level for the bathroom also needs to be repaired as it was very close to the bed creating a tripping hazard.

acceptable, room simple, clean with good location. Chekin process is a litlle confused and need better control and be faster. WiFi with good signal,. Parking is ok, but the procees to pay is not clear.

The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast good and with a variety of choices. It was only a pity the fitness room was poorly equipped and two out of four cardio machines were out of order

Good service at check-in. Breakfast included. Quality was good. Room was basic. Internet a bit slow. Overall not bad stay. I stayed here for business to visit UNICAMP university. It is not in city core but closer to university. There is also a mall and restaurants nearby, i did not have time to visit the gym.

This hotel is very expensive for what it offers and advertises on the website. First of all, when getting inside the room I've noticed the walls had dirty water stains and I could feel a strong moisture smell in the air, and the picture frame above the bed was just hanging loosely, tilted without any care with respect the appearances. Furthermore, the hand towels were so old and weary that were even transparent ! Inside the bathroom I could notice that the walls and ceiling paintings were falling apart like in an ancient house, completely abandoned. The shower box tiles were dirty with black moisture stains. Not enough, the swimming pool was also dirty, and the WiFi very slow (even difficult to read my emails). Concerning the breakfast, it is well varied with lots of choices (fruits, breads and so on). However, the coffee tasted bad and some foods didn't look good (the white cheese was already yellowish and old; the cheeseballs were dry and hard, impossible to eat). All in all, we paid more than 90 USD for such a bad experience, the worst hotel ever in the city. For this price you can get something better not so far away (for instance, Hotel Matiz or Hotel Barão do Café in the district of Barão Geraldo). The only convenience of this hotel: it's right beside a luxurious Shopping Mall and on the side of Dom Pedro Roadway.

I must confess that I was a little scared after reading some reviews posted about this hotel. My last time there was in 2003, and it was a brand new property at that time. Returning after 11 years I found an aging building, that surely needs some renovation, but nothing so bad. Fast check-in, reasonable breakfast assortment. I ordered room service, the traditional regional dish named brasileirinho, and was fine. We need to take into consideration that this an low cost inn, and not a five star hotel. For a business trip, it is fine. Well located (I walked next door for my meeting), and close to a good mall. Average stay as expected comparing to the cost. No problem to return for a third stay.
