Great value, great location

Good location, 5 mins walk from the walled city and local bus station. Friendly helpful staff, breakfast very good value. Easy access to the swimming pool. Would recommend

Friendly staff. However, I chose and was charged for a King size bed and I got a FULL, not even a Queen size. I would have not stayed at that hotel if I'd known that was going to happen. They claimed it was an error on the website that they needed to fix. If so, the option needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise its false advertisement, bait and switch.

modern amenities, clean, close to city center

The hotel is in a seemingly dilapidated neighborhood that may look questionable, but felt safe and authentic. The property is expanding so there was some construction happening during our stay, but that didn't affect our experience in a negative way at all. Our room was clean and surprisingly had all the amenities available that we usually haven't seen throughout Mexico: hair dryer, refrigerator, iron/ironing board, great interior design of the bathroom, a gym. It was really nice to have all that available. The surrounding area is quiet except for neighbors talking loudly at times. The only thing I didn't like about our room was that it had no windows. The thing most appreciated about our stay was how attentive our concierge was. He went beyond his duties in making our stay as comfortable as possible and always had a bright smile and positive attitude.

Great room in Campeche. Location is nice but is a decent walk from some of the central restaurants. Right next to a Mega mart which was great. Good wifi and friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again my next time in Campeche!

Nice hotel near Centro Historico

My first night was in a room on the first floor facing the street. This room had a smell. I'm not sure whether it was the furniture paint or humidity. I was changed to the second floor the following night and this was a much pleasant room. The staff in the hotel were all very nice.

We stayed in kitchen suite 8 which was clean and comfortable but faced the street which made it noisy at night. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Lovely newer hotel near the Historical Centre.

A newer, modern hotel, comprising 2 buildings, located just outside the centro area, but only an easy 10 minutes walk to the historical centre. 'Mega' supermarket is just one block(3 mins. walk) behind the hotel for anything you might want or need and the huge local 'mercado' is at the end of the street.The building in the back is off the street (quieter) and has a lovely pool. We booked for 5 nights in a kitchenette room overlooking the street.Noisier, but it did not bother us, and we enjoyed being able to see the street-life.It was a huge room,very new and clean.We extended our stay by 2 nights as we really enjoyed the room and location. Housekeeping was not done unless we asked, but then was prompt and good.Our room had a king bed, futon sofa,lots of drawers and storage, and even a walk-in closet with hangars!The kitchen had a side-by-side fridge, gas stove/burners and even a convection microwave and double sink. Plates and cutlery provided but no cups or glasses(we never did get these, but the 'Mega' had some!Staff spoke very limited English but were friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to parking off the narrow street, in the courtyard.We discovered(too late) that they have laundry facilities. Great hotel in a convenient location and great value.We would definitely stay here again.

Good amenities in authentic Campeche neighborhood

This hotel was the highlight of my week of Mexico travels around different cities in a similar price range. The room was very clean, with neat, up to date amenities (within reason), and rather spacious. A little too spacious in that they could have included a small loveseat, or a larger table/chair to work on. Wifi and A/C were strong, bathroom was great, iron and ironing board + a good quality flat screen tv was a little bit of a bonus. Got a corner room with a small balcony. The fitness center, though decent, was probably too stuffy to handle - seeing that there was no AC. While the pool is a little walk away a few buildings down, it was decently kept, and was a great amenity to have for the hot days. It was nice to venture outside of the walled city and see a little more of the real neighborhoods (and not the picturesque parts). While it was quieter than the touristy areas, I found it quaint and authentic with the food/snack carts rolling down the street shouting their goods, and plenty of families leaving their doors open, and maintaining the neighborhood feel. La Mega (the equivalent of Super Walmart) is nearby, so it was a very practical location. A few reviews noted this area as "sketchier", which I think is only the case because it lacked any tourists or the picture perfect appeal of the walled city, but seeing a local crossfit studio(?!) several buildings down told you what kind of locals were probably inhabiting the area.

Calme, hors centre et confortable

Situé à moins de 10min à pied du centre et ses murailles, un sympathique hotel, calme et propre, lit confortable. Le marché local n'est qu'à 5-6min à pied et la gare routière à 20 min à pied. Réception ouverte à toutes heures, même en arrivant tard le soir ou en partant très tôt (4:30). Personnel aimable et efficace.

Otro mundo!

Mi tipo de viajero es llegar a dormir, al día siguiente bañarme y a la calle; no requiero televisión, teléfono o campo de golf. Es un hotel de 2-3 estrellas que tiene lo que requiero, personal muy amable. Seguramente si requiero ir a Campeche escogería este hotel y comentario al margen que ciudad, que gente tan cortés y amable.
