Room was not entirely clean, toothpaste on the sink and tap, floor not properly cleaned, hotel was in state of partial repair painters don’t do a great job, smelled a bit musty, pool and hot tub closed. Front staff was fairly friendly. Food in restaurant was decent.

Desk service was helpful and staff in the restaurant were fantastic. Nice to have an included breakfast with options to upscale to something with more fresh food included. The waterfront view from the rooms and restaurant are fantastic - a real attraction for the Inn, as is the location in town, minutes from the recreation centre and other amenities.

Front desk was great, room was clean, food at restaurant was really good. My only problem is "Cooked-to-order breakfast included" is not exactly accurate. A very limited buffet breakfast is what you get as included. If you want something cooked to order, you get 30% off the normal price.
