My stay here was amazing.My request for early check in was accomodated. The staff is awesome. The room was well cleaned and smelled nice!
The facility is more like a B&B than a hotel. The management and staff with exceptional and very pleasant to interact with.
We enjoyed our stay at Heron's Landing Hotel, but did experience some issues in our room. The towel rack in the bathroom was not there, thus the towels were stacked on the counter. The clothes hook on the back of the door was also missing, so it was difficult to find a place to put clean clothes. The tub drained very slowly, thus having one stand ankle-deep in water during a shower. Room was good, bed very comfortable, and the room had a small balcony. Breakfast was adequate, but the breakfast room is far too small to serve the number of guests there. At one time there were people waiting for room to just get inside the breakfast room. Everything is self-serve, and make it yourself, but it was nice to have fresh eggs even if we did have to prepare our own omelet.

Thank you for your comments! We have fixed the towel rack and put hooks on the back of the door. I am so sorry this wasn't done upon you arrival. We are in the process of having all the drains professionally cleaned out so we won't have that problem again. Kind regards Janet General Manager
