Fantastic location right in the heart of downtown Camden. Free parking, but limited spots. The outside of the building could use a little repair and the flower boxes needed TLC (dead straggly plants in all of the window boxes), but the inside was cozy and clean. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so getting 30 pound luggage up and down the 3 flights of stairs was challenging. Overall, would recommend this inn.
Wonderful location and great staff, however, this property needs a little refreshing. Tired looking. Nothing a little paint and new carpet wouldn’t fix.
Beautiful spot in Camden, love hearing the water rushing by. Staff was super helpful, and the place was clean. It is however in need of serious updating. There is no elevator, and there are a lot of stairs. The toilet is so low, and tiny, I don’t think I have seen that style anywhere, in 20 plus years. It was very uncomfortable. Plus, it had set in stains that will never go away on the underside of the toilet seat. Toilets/seats are such an easy upgrade. The dark gray hand towels- were faded, with bleach stains. The bed was very “springy” for lack of a better word. If you sat in one corner the opposite corner would pop up. There was a mini - on the large side fridge, which worked great. my recommendation is put a little bit of money into updates because it is a lot of money to spend to be uncomfortable.

Looking at properties online is always a gamble . But when I tell you this place is the only place in my whole couple years of traveling that gets all 5 stars from me on everything .. The location, Cleanliness, staff,area, everything was great. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and given suggestions on where to eat and shop and explore without me even asking .. It has the most clean freshness I’ve ever experienced at “hotels” or whatever .. it’s great .. I highly recommend it ..
I stayed in January. The room was real cozy. They have a public kitchen for guests to use right near the check in desk. It was very cool. You could just go down there on your own and use it. Walking distance to all the Camden Harbor restaurants.

It was clean and the location was ideal if you want to walk around town.
