A fantastic area to stay with children and enjoy an unforgettable summer.This complex has everything you are looking for: Large communal area with gardens, swimming pools and children's playground. And if that wasn't enough, a gym, paddle court and SPA with heated pools, jacuzzi and sauna. DISTRIBUTIONThe apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It can accommodate up to 6 people, and is distributed in:Living-dining room with open kitchen.Master bedroom with double bed.Second bedroom with 2 twin beds.Spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.It also has air conditioning throughout the flat and built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms. GOOD TO KNOW- Large residential complex on the beach front.- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Suitable for small/middle-size cars, large cars will not fit. Book in advance.- Exclusively for families. Reservations for groups are not accepted.- Pets not allowed. - Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process.· Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.EXTRAYou have all kinds of shops and bus stops within walking distance of your apartment.It is a perfect area for a holiday with children. They will have a great time at Esquirol Park, with mini-golf and lots of games.On the beach there are play areas for them and a great programme of activities designed especially for children's fun.Right there you will find the Pizzeria Zebra. Totally recommended. Everything is delicious and with special treatment for children. They will love it. Best to book in advance.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
