The charming villa, located in Cambrils, impresses you with its proximity to the beach. The two-storey villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, six bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 people. Sur la Plage !

La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites détailles. Globalement la villa est très bien, le propriétaire sympathique et arrangeant.

Si un alojamiento puede albergar a 12 personas, no solo tiene que tener 12 camas, tiene que tener 12 sillas para comer, sitio para las 12 personas, etc... como en casi todas las casas, la limpieza deja bastante que desear. Si hay causas externas que influyan en el alojamiento se deben notificar con antelación.
