This hotel was not a good fit for our group of 6 adults. Crowded with families and little children. The food at the bar does not have many options ; just pizzas (not very good) and ham and cheese sandwiches (not good). The dining room for breakfast in the morning was super crowded and loud, not very relaxing. The rooms are quite small and the beds are not comfortable. The view on the beach was nice.

There’s not much choice in the area, this was like being in a Hotel 6 with IKEA dining. No fan, no AC, old towels, uncomfortable bed and bedding. Only saving grace was having our balcony door open to hear the ocean waves.

Excellent customer service at from Desk. Maite, And and Monica are the best and deserve a special commendation. Yen was very helpful and attentive at dinner time. I would recommend this place with no hesitation. The only substandard issue was the poor and intermitent WIFI. I'm shock as normally WIFI is excellent in Europe. Room to improve

Just exactly what we were looking for...a place on the beach that was a little quieter than Salou. We did just breakfast and then enjoyed the local eateries for snack and dinner. Worked perfectly for us. Rooms were very nice with a good balcony to enjoy the morning and evening breezes. Had no problem finding beach chairs on the sides, pool side was pretty busy. Lots of families but the sides were quieter.

We choose this hotel for a sea view room an parking option, our room was poor sea side view and parking wasn't available. At the time of the check in I asked to help with my luggage but the hotel doesn't have bellboy available, they can afford an extra salary for a bellboy as explained for the receptionist... Very dissapointed for the price that we paid!

Hotel confortable, mais structure un peu trop importante, en période de vacances scolaires, la foule est importante et bruyante, v C’est un peu l’usine à touristes, la réception de l’Hotel tient plus à un hall d’aéroport, des bus font la navette entre les arrivés des avions, une noria de touristes anglais, allemands, Remplissent l’établissement, (je pense ,durant notre séjour ,du 20 au 27 avril)nous étions pas loin de mille personnes. La salle à manger tient plus du restaurant d’entreprise, avec le bruit en plus,j’envisage pour mes prochains séjours, du type "only adulte ". En pleine saison ,si vous venez avec un véhicule, le stationnement sera compliqué, les places de parking de l’hôtel sont limitées, le prix frôle les 20 euros. En résumé, je ne renouvellerai pas cette expérience, ce genre de vacances ,c’est soleil, piscine, et bouffe, en plus la clientèle ,c’est du genre ,tee short Marcel et tatouages ,!! Une vraie galerie ,de toutes les couleurs, et d’un goût douteux,

Nice and well-functioning hotel. Perfect location right on the beach with a view of the sea. Easy access to restaurants in the area. We ate at the hotel for both breakfast and dinner, and the food was really good. Plenty of variety and very well prepared. Also praise to the staff, who were very friendly and welcoming.

L'hôtel est bien situé, à deux pas de la mer. Le personnel (accueil, service et ménage) est aimable et attentionné. La chambre est dotée d'une bonne literie. Le buffet est très varié, avec des produits de qualité et bien cuisinés. L'espace piscine est spacieux et propre, avec un nombre relativement important de transats.
