Enjoy a unique and tranquil experience in this beautifully decorated 1 bedroom annex, which is located off the side of the main house and with your own private entrance. It has been thoughtfully furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and comfortable stay here in Cambridge. There is free on street parking and a small private garden patio area for guests to enjoy.
Centrally located just off Newmarket Road in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and close to numerous shops and restaurants, this is the perfect place for up to 2 persons looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk or drive away.
SLEEPING: Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with hanging space and shelves available for use. Own private bathroom with electric shower. We provide bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.
CHILLING: An open plan living area with a two-seater sofa, and a breakfast bar for eating or to use as a workspace, is available for guests. Superfast wifi for work or study, or to stream your favourite channel. An enclosed private garden patio area with outdoor furniture is available to enjoy those sunny days.
EATING: There is a fully equipped kitchen for home dining. Use of appliances include a single burner electric hob, combination microwave oven, and a fridge-freezer. Smaller appliances include a toaster and kettle. There is also a combination washing machine and dryer available in the annex for personal use.
PARKING: There is free on street parking in front of the property that is available for guests to use. This is a quiet street so generally no problem finding a parking space.
OUT AND ABOUT: Located just off Newmarket Road and close to Mill Road it is an 8 minute drive into the City centre and 10 minutes into Cambridge station, our home is the perfect stay for all occasions. There is a local supermarket (3mins walk) and some local restaurants including a 24hr McDonalds. It is 15 mins walk to a Sainsburys Superstore and Starbucks cafe. There is a small park and kids playground right in front of the property to enjoy. Buses are available around the corner on Barnwell Road taking you into the City centre, Cambridge station and Addenbrookes hospital.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
