Not a great experience to be honest. Arrived to find no functioning reception, having to search for staff to even speak to. We arrived 3h early to our check in time - were told we would have to pay extra if we wanted to leave our bags at the hotel (WOW). No air conditioning making the place LITERALLY like a sauna on not even the hottest day this season. When asked for refreshment options we were directed to a tiny room with a vending machine and an automatic coffee machine - pay contactless, prices like for a barrista-made coffee. When asked to use a toilet, we had to wait for them to fetch us the key to the toilet! Like anyone who wasn't a guest would stop there looking for a toilet... The room - not terribly clean, needed to first kill the spiders and remember to bring all your toiletries cause there's nothing there. Again no aircon - the fan in the room didn't manage to cool it down at all all night. Breakfast buffet - things in the 'heated' metal dishes (eggs/tomatoes,etc.) were all cold. We were told we can order eggs (pouched/fried) from the kitchen so we did... Never arrived as they forgot our order and the kitchen closed. Horrible service and poor accommodation. Don't get tricked by the beautiful pictures!
