It is idyllically located in a green neighborhood, almost directly at the Golf Club of Bendinat, one of the most exclusive spots in Mallorca, but in a few minutes to the sandy beaches of Illetas, Puerta Portals and Palma Nova, enjoy excellent cuisine in the elegant yacht harbor Portals Nous, shopping in Palma and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a pleasant small development, with direct parking at the door. The bright, friendly living area includes a modern kitchen, where home cooks are determined to feel good, a dining and a cozy sofa area. You have direct access to the large sun terrace, where there is not only a dining table and a lounge-set but also sun loungers are available for you.
The large bedroom has a modern bathroom (en suite) with bath / shower and separate toilet.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. In Kombination mit der Poolanlage ein wirklich entspannter Urlaub. Die Lage lädt ein in kürzester Zeit in Illetas, Bendinat, Port Nous und Palmanova zu sein, alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch sehr herzlich! Gerne wieder

Alles war sehr schön, wie auf den Fotos, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnanlage mit schöner Poolanlage liegt neben einem Golfplatz an einem Hügel. Entfernung zur Küste und Supermarkt 1km, Bushaltestelle 300m.

Eine schöne erholsame Woche in der Nähe von Palma
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Bei Fragen hatten wir immer eine Ansprechpartnerin. Vielen Dank dafür!
Besonders die ruhige schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Hier konnten wir nach den Golfrunden richtig schön Chillen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings haben wir diese nur für`s Frühstück genutzt. Hobbyköche können sich dort richtig austoben.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Anlage.

Schöner Urlaub in der Wohnung
Wunderbare Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber haben schnell auf die Anfrage reagiert, und waren bezüglich An- und Abreise sehr flexibel. Netterweise auch Wassermelone und Sekt als Begrüßung bereitgestellt.
