Overall we found the hotel outstanding. My wife is a fussy water but she ate something at every meal. The breakfasts were probably the best we've had at any hotel. The staff were very friendly and a special mention to jillanda who worked on the poolside bar on the evening she was exceptional. If I had one criticism it would be that you had to to the sister hotel across the road. Personally I thought there is enough room at the poolside bar to put snacks on. Overall we couldn't fault it. Looking forward to booking again for next year.

I'll keep this one short! Everything about this holiday was amazing. Family holiday, we booked 3 sea view rooms, views are to die for!! Good quality food and drink, always something edible for everyone. Staff were all polite and very welcoming, receptionists are very helpful too. Everything you need in walking distance, Magaluf strip is 5 minute walk but you would never know. Overall, would definitely return. 20 minutes in a taxi to airport.

On arrival at reception we were allocated a room on the second floor. We had asked for a room on a high floor. When we pointed this out we were told by a very rude young lady to take it up with our agents. As we have had this holiday booked for almost twelve months and told at time of booking that all had gone through.we were however given a room on a higher floor. Next the food was very bland. But if you like salads and cheeses fine Breakfast however was not good at all Eggs cooked so long that they were almost inedible cooked and piled on the top of each other four or five deep On two or three times we had to set our own tables Then on leaving table our used plates were still on table from first to last course.. in addition the food on offer was not displayed well. Lastly the hotel is supposed to have an evening dress code in the hotel for dinner. This is non exsistant as people were entering in shorts tee shirts anything goes really This is no four star hotel any more This was our fourth visit to this hotel. We will not be returning. Recommend you try the one in Ibiza much better.

We booked this Holiday through Thomas cook and we paid £650 for 7 nights , They was a few points what could do we improving . First the Wifi is the worlds Worse I could not use it. The shower water pressure was also terrible .Another bad point was that you could only get drink from 2 places either the main bar .Or the pool bar we found the main bar was closed most of the day. Food was good and had alot of choice , The other bad points was the steps and the smells or drains out side the hotel. Also any one could walk up and use your pool , Its not very private and theres members of the general public walking by or even using the pool. The room was clean but the beds was like camp beds two singles pushed together, They is a fridge in your room hardly works , But personally i think as 4 star it should be filled with drinks .

Amazing amazing amazing Fantastic Junior suite - just one issue having 20 month old he could open the door from the inside so had to put something against the door. Otherwise wouldn't change 1 thing amazing

It is a very good hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The room we stayed in was premium sea view, it had a lot of good features, slippers, bath robes, free wifi, daily newspaper and that view, what a wonderful view across the bay! it just needed a refurb, very clean but beginning to show its age. I do not object to children on holiday, the majority are well behaved and can be a joy to be around, I just could not get used to the sheer quantity that were staying there at the time, some families consisting of three or four children, the entrance to the restaurant usually became a buggy park with twelve to fifteen of the things lined up. It made the experience in the restaurant and bars less than enjoyable, food and cutlery on the floor, high chairs obstructing the gaps between tables. This in no way could be blamed on the hotel, I just think it could have been managed differently with possible sittings or areas for adults only? Having said that the food was good and varied and didn't repeat too much. If you are a family, or love children at any cost, you will love the Hawaii, however if you don't then look elsewhere.

this hotel stands out for its location right on the beach and close to promenade and good quality food.the room is OK, the door to bathroom is made of glass and you can hear everything whats going in it ,and that annoyed me. the hotel was full with families with small kids, so it was really noisy during the day everywhere. i was impressed with food, good choice of everything, good quality , every evening you can find some special dishes like one night it was sushi and the other night was some local meat . but restaurant was crowded and noisy and cramped, so we couldnt enjoy the evening meal at all, as well as there isnt open air space terrace in restaurant, just few tables, thats was a bit stuffy inside restaurant. I think its good option depending on price

Myself and my partner decided to go early on in the season, as we were told it wouldnt be as busy as later in the year....how wrong could we be, as it was full of screaming kids from morning till night. Food was of very low quality, burgers and chips for the people who only like english food, and didnt vary much further from that. we did find a hair in the mushrooms at one point which was a bit off putting. At one point a guest dropped a potato on the floor, then handed it to a waiter to put in the bin, after looking around he returned it to the tray of non-floor potatos. Entertainment was poor, only lasting 30 mins, nothing traditional spanish, and normally an amateur trying to sing. Bingo was a fix, as if anyone won, then the organisers say they didnt and handed the prize to childeren. Drinks were watered down, to the extreme where we went to the shop and brought our own, just sweet sugar syrup from the bar when you finally do get served. At 09:00 every morning there was a queue for the pool, and all sunbeds were reserved by 09:05, despite there being signs saying you cant reserve them. There were only two lifts, and each one could only hold 4 people at a push, the wait for a lift was always between 5 - 10 mins. Not only the above issues, but the day before we were going to leave, there was a power cut for the first half a day, meaning no bars were open, and no food till dinner. We shall not be returning!

Fabulous hotel .this was my third stay and we have already booked for next year .location is great .hotel staff especially Hector are lovely and friendly .food is fantastic .no negatives at all about this hotel

My wife and I booked 5 nights here, but we left after one night even though we had to pay a cancellation fee. We were looking for a hotel on the water (which this is) but everything else about the stay was terrible. The hotel is loud and extremely crowded everywhere you go. Nothing in our room worked properly; the toilet seat was broken, the shower temperature kept changing, the refridgerator was broken and the free wi-fi (which is only available in the noisy bar) did not work at all (I think it was because so many people were using it. We were not aware that this was an "all inclusive" resort when the travel agency booked it for us. Since we did not book the all inclusive package, we had to pay extra for everything, including a €10 deposit for each pool towel. This hotel is only for families on a tight budget; if you have children and you're looking for a cheap vacation near the water with a pool and a poor quality buffett dinner, then maybe this hotel is for you. But if you care about the quality of the food, the room, or the ammenities, then definately look elsewhere.
