The self serve breakfast was good. Hot biscuits and gravy was excellent. Staff was friendly and welcoming and gave us good information about the area. The room was clean and comfortable but it did not smell good. The property itself needs significant fixing up. There were beer bottles and dirty ashtrays outside the rooms and one of the housekeepers was smoking on the job in front of us. Bathroom is tiny. Reasonably priced.

When I booked my reservation I put in the search for accommodations for 5 people. Then at check in they say that they only have rooms for 4 people. Also online it said I could reserve a rollaway bed and at check in they said they do not have rollaway beds.
Staff called us at 11 pm and made us go to the lobby to fix their error.
Great location for Kentucky Lake Dam fishing. We had no complaints. Stay was nice!

The manager was extremely rude and was not interested in providing any type of customer service whatsoever! I asked her a question and she immediately blamed someone else. When I spoke to the other party, they told me that it was Square on her shoulders, and provided evidence that the only person that could solve the problem was the manager of the hotel, which also happens to be the person that tried to blame them! It was extremely unprofessional and made my stay less than desirable. Next time, I will happily pay more money to stay in a place where the management does not blame other people for their issues!

Receptionist was very pleasant, room was ready for us, several restaurants were nearby.
