I like the room, very big but pricy! I like the ambience of the Hotel! I didnt like the price and breakfast is basic coffee and cereal, very basic! Staff is very nice!

Everything was great, bed and pillows could use some updating but still comfortable.

Tiny, tiny room. Shared bathroom. Not worth al ost $300 a night.

No bathroom in your room No a/c Excelent food in the restaurant

Nice sparse room with shared baths - exactly as described on Orbitz.

Not sure where to begin. We have mixed feelings about this stay. Unfortunately, there was major road construction happening right outside our window - literally. Work began promptly at 7 a.m. each morning of our stay. I didn't note when making the reservation that there is no A/C in the room. There is A/C throughout the rest of the hotel which is an inn with brewery, bar, beer garden and restaurant. The rooms are sparse - with shared bathrooms and that is just how they were described and pictured on Orbitz. I was pleasantly surprised that the shared baths had two shower rooms with doors and full sized shampoo/conditioner and body wash available in each. There were also two water closets in each of shared baths. There was a sink in each guest room which was a plus. We ate and had drinks at the bar, beer garden both nights. The inn is quite obviously a hangout for locals which meant to us that it is a good place for food and drink. Chad, our bartender both nights, was very attentive to us even though we were at a table away from the bar and the bar was quite busy, The locals provided quite the entertainment during our bar visit. The first night several locals were clearly inebriated and having an animated conversation with a woman who stated many times she was from "The O.C." and was quite boisterous herself. The second evening there was clearly a bar fight after we left the bar and we could could hear every bit of it in our rooms!!

Very nice and cozy place next to everything. The coffee and scones in the morning in the quaint restaurant was perfect.

I took my daughter on a short trip to Napa Valley after her college graduation. We had prior arrangements at another hotel but upon arrival we were extremely disappointed and left. When we arrived at Calistoga Inn the receptionist was very warm and welcoming. She was very helpful and showed us around to make sure we were satisfied prior to us making our reservations - if only every hotel did this! Our reservations were last minute so we agreed to stay in a room just above the kitchen. Even though we were not able to keep the window open due to the heat that rises from the kitchen fan, we were comfortable. We did not mind the shared bathrooms, they were very clean and well equipped. Our room was exceptionally clean, the cleaning staff were very courteous and helpful to us. We very much enjoyed our stay.
