We think there is some new management happening there. Towels by the pool and refreshing water right there as well. Whatever you are doing, we like it!
Wonderful hotel and spa. A bit expensive, but worth it. Mud bath and massage is excellent. Great place to relax and rejuvenate. I just love the mineral water here. Staff is very friendly. I had a great experience.
Nice spring tubs, spacious rooms. But no hot water in the shower. After running water for a while “staff recommended” water is Luke warm at best. The heated pool is warmer.
I like the Jacuzzi inside the room. It's very convenient. The room is clean and nice.
Hotel was located conveniently however the staff was not much help when asked about where things were ..head guy had no idea where the closest redwoods were which we found out were only 40 minutes away ..also had no idea the antique shop brochure they had in lobby actually contained five shops in town ..he said they were all in Napa ...duh ..just a total unwillingness to help is what we found to be the case
