This hotel is a disaster. The sink water tastes awful. The bathroom window is broken. The bathroom is filthy. There's no hot water in the shower. The sheets smell bad and the bed is rock hard. The AC doesn't cool the room. The furniture is very old. The staff has a bad attitude and very little motivation to work. There are only two very rough towels. The lighting is very poor and, finally, there isn't a single decorative touch. Horrible.

The reason why I give this hotel a POOR review is because the water in the room is UNHEALTHY. Brown/yellow color I reported it from day one. I was told they just cleaned the water tank and it will ok but it was the same every single day. I have to go to a salon to wash my hair and buy water bottles to brush my teeth. Unfortunately, there were no hotels available around the neighborhood and I did not receive a discount or refund. Try to walk away is you can.

The hotel is literally frozen in time, but it was clean and friendly staff. There is no hot water available which is odd but it wasn’t terrible. Great location and did the job for 1 night.

There was no hot water in the suite hot tub or jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was not clean. The ring desk guy was really nice and tried to help us. But wasn’t the point. I felt I threw my money to the garbage.

If you are looking a hotel just for sleep while you are in a business trip, this is a OK hotel for the price. I've used just for 1 night while waiting for my early flight the morning after. Room is clean, staff is under-trained but they try to do the best they can.

In need of upgrades

This is my second stay here, I hoped the second would be nicer than the first, but after this one I might not be back. This hotel seems to be decaying, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, but the hotel itself seems to be falling apart. The wifi is very weak everywhere in the hotel, the towels feel like old hospital towels and the doors on the room offer no privacy, on my last day i was changing to finally leave and one of the room attendants walked on me without knocking on the door. The breakfast is good for the price and the staff of the restaurant is great and attentive. Overall, if you are on a budget and need a place just to sleep this place is good. It is on a great location and you can basically walk everywhere. Beware: Cash only hotel.

Small room, in a very good area. Staff is pleasant, but they only have hot water available for a few short hours in the morning the rest of the day they turn off the hot water heater.

Made the reservation 2 weeks before, when got there they told me they don't accept credit cards Colombian pesos only, I explaint to the front desk how hard is to exchange dollars in Colombia and after 8:00 pm is impossible to get pesos anywhere, no manager to talk to.
