The hotel is in the tallest building in Cali, and as such there are great views from the rooms, as well as the rooftop restaurant. The staff is friendly and the hotel has good security. The rooms are huge and spacious as well, something that's quite rare nowadays. Unfortunately, that's about it. Perhaps this was once a 5-star hotel, but the furnishings, carpets and bathroom fixtures are in desperate need of renovation. I have very little complaint staying there for just one night, but, compared to other hotels nearby I wouldn't recommend it.

To start the hotel staff was lacking a little in hospitality. Parking was included but the guard was not particularly welcoming. The room was large and clean with a fantastic panoramic view of Cali, however that was the extent of the frills. The bed was like sleeping on a coffin, the worst night sleep I’ve ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable, in fact, that 4 hours sleep was the limit I could stand lying on concrete. I tried working with the hotel staff to see if there was anything that could be done about the bed, even offered to pay more to upgrade, but was informed that all beds were the same. Since no resolution could be made, I promptly checked out and made reservations elsewhere.

The pluses for the property were the city views from the romm in the 19th floor. The property is pretty outdated, definitely needs some renovations to bring it up to par with hotels in the same price range.

Usually i would give this hotel a double thumbs up, but i got ripped off this last trip. Before i left, i called the front desk to send someone up to come up to check the minibar, but they told me to instead come down. I figured i better take pictures so I took pictures and a video of the minibar. I go downstairs to check out and the assistant does up and calls back that 29,400 minibar expense was to be charged. I showed the front desk guy the pictures, but no go. I handed him a 50,000 and he guves me 20000 back. What made it worse was that he ALSO charged my American Express card. I gave Esther (the best waitress in Cali) a 20,000 tup for a free breakfast so it irks me to get ripped off once . Nevermind TWICE for the same event

I received great service from the staff. My last day the ac went out, and i asked the housekeeper if she knew the issue. She thought it needed a repairman, ut i was just going to let it be

Pros: 1. Great service/staff 2. Great price (through orbitz) 3. Location is close to everything Cons: 1. Housekeeping staff is very loud at early hours of the morning (7am) 2. I did not have hot water/water pressure in my shower 3. A/C froze up and began leaking water 4. Hotel advertises private transportation but the service was never available because of the fear that taxi drivers will protest the service. 5. The hotel breakfast (which costs extra) was less than mediocre.

I don’t really like the way I was treated, they were asking me for my credit card, my ID and my passport every days, they also asked for a $ 80.00 deposit that I paid in cash. They said that were afraid that my credit card doesn’t have any money. I really think that I was a victim of the color of my skin discrimination. I was very disappointed that this happens to me, I even make a formal complaint to the hotel manager. That day I was living

This hotel is very luxurious. I love it. It is also very secure and the staff is very helpful.

friendly staff and customer services excelent breafast

We were locked for 20 minutes inside the hotel elevator and pressed the emergency button of the elevator but it did not work, the intercom nobody answered it. Nobody at the hotel noticed. We had to call the city firefighters to let the hotel know about the situation. We were told it is a recurring problem with the elevators. We feel a lot of panic and insecurity. We will not go back to that Hotel.

Strong moldy odor in the rooms. I had an allergic reaction to it, so I was moved to another room. The second room started a fire in the bathroom when I took a warm shower (No hot water) the electric water heater had started on fire. Gym has a broken universal gym and some working treadmills. No weights. Breakfast is basic and mostly meat based, few vegetarian or healthy options. The view from the rooms is the most redeeming quality, but you have to stay in the executive or premiere rooms to have a good view. They make all of your guests leave their identification at the front desk and security will not allow your guest in if they forgot it.

The attention of the hotel staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is included and it is delicious. The hotel is centrally located. The hotel offers taxi service with trained drivers to make tours of the city.

Staff was very helpful at the reception. Great bellman. The gals in the breakfast area had the free breakfast thst was available till 10am all packed up by 9:53am. Good thing we arrived at 9:50 Am. Rooms had great balconies. I would stay here again.
