Peaceful Escape Between Ocean and Mountains - Conceição House

Conceição House offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and garage. It is located near the mountain, making it possible to hike till the Levada Nova, Prazeres, Rabaçal/25 fontes or Levada da Rocha Vermelha.
Its situated in the quiet and sunny district of Calheta, surrounded by small vegetable fields.

Plenty of space, divided by two floors, the House has on first floor the garage, kitchen, living room and wc. On the floor below, there is the bedrooms and another wc. Also, a very spacious area outside to sunbathe is avaiable on both floors.

With beautiful views - sea and mountain offers rest and tranquility.

The access is made by a single, inclined, narrow road where only one car fits, but with several spaces for the necessary shunts. It is advisable to rent a car not too big.

Tolle Aussicht und privates Umfeld

Wir haben einen sehr relaxten Urlaub verbracht. Man kann sich im Haus gut versorgen und alles ist tip-top sauber. Die Lage lässt viel Privatsphäre zu und der Ausblick ist gigantisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice place to stay

The house is a nice place to stay in a rural environment surrounded by gardens and houses, where local people are living, away from any hustle and bustle. The house is well equipped and clean with a beautiful view above the mountains and the sea. The only disadvantage was a construction area near the house with some noise in the morning. But we could overcome it by starting our hiking tours in the morning, which we can recommend anyway. The host was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot Silvia!

Perfect: Wonderful house with a fantastic view. Very friendly and helpful host.

The house is just new and really a wonderful place to be. It is located on a slope and has a fantastic view from the balcony and the terrace over Calheta towards the Atlantic. Inside the house you find all the things you need for a pleasant stay. A car is recommended to have access to this place. Silvia, the host is really nice, helpful all the time and quick in response. We would come back and can recommend this house.
