We welcome you to enjoy our slice of Madeira.
Sit back and relax by the pool, the 'lookout' or underneath the old olive tree.
You will find Quinta Pereira enjoys peace and tranquility, as well as stunning views out to the unspoilt mountains and lighthouse. Indulge in breathtaking panoramic sea views and sublime sunsets.
There is no traffic or aircraft noise, no light pollution - just the sound of nature's beauty to luxuriate in.
Our 2 bedroom villa sleeps 4 and offers ocean views and spacious outdoor living. The plunge pool overlooks the swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences including an American fridge/freezer with ice and cold water. Open plan living spaces, including free internet access. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed from the comfort of our open plan glass room.
For 2025 we have now completed our upper and lower gardens for your enjoyment. The lower gardens are accessed by a new staircase down from the main villa. Also in the lower gardens we have a new glass fronted garden studio where you can just sit and be amazed at the ocean view. We have installed a new pool table in the garden studio for your entertainment.
Note: The lower gardens and studio may be closed in some winter months for Maintenance. Please check with owner.
