Modernes Haus mit schönem Meerblick – aber Lage und Preisdetails beachtenDas Haus ist modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die beiden Badezimmer sind funktional mit ebenerdigen Duschen, die Schlafzimmer angenehm, und der Blick aufs Meer von oben ist wirklich schön. Die Küche entspricht einem typischen Ferienhausstandard.Auf der Terrasse haben wir einen beweglichen Sonnenschirm vermisst, und die Liegen sind einfache Kunststoffliegen ohne Auflagen.Wichtig zu wissen: Das Haus liegt direkt oberhalb eines stark befahrenen Kreisverkehrs, der zwei Tunnel verbindet. Dadurch kommt es morgens und tagsüber zu deutlichem Verkehrslärm und teils auch zu Abgasgeruch – in unserer ursprünglichen Beschreibung wurde das nicht erwähnt. Die beiden benachbarten Häuser der Eigentümer liegen sehr nah, was ein Gefühl von wenig Privatsphäre erzeugt, auch wenn beide sehr freundlich sind.Die Nutzung eines beheizten Pools wurde uns vom Makler auf unsere Nachfrage mit 25 pro Tag für zwei Personen genannt (nicht in der Anzeige). Vor Ort wurden dann jedoch 50 pro Tag verlangt – für die Mitnutzung des Nachbarpools war uns das zu viel.Fazit: Ein modernes, sauberes Haus mit schönem Meerblick – aber die Lage, der Verkehrslärm und die inkonsistenten Preisangaben sollte man vor der Buchung berücksichtigen.Da wir uns unter diesen Umständen nicht gut erholen konnten, sind wir nach wenigen Tagen in ein anderes Ferienhaus umgezogen.

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist sehr speziell, weil eng, aber der Vermieter hat sehr gut geholfen. Lage top, Ausblick phantastisch.
