Front desk staff looked too serious. They are the front liners, so they need to at least smile at their guests who are tired from a long flight. Check in and check out - the same experience. Not even thanking your guest for staying. I was a front desk manager/duty manager for a very long time, a smile or saying welcome or thank you will make a huge difference. Just an honest opinion. Exceeded expectations. Spacious & well lit room, beautiful lobby and pool with waterslide, hot tub and sauna. Excellent guest experience. Enjoyed the fluffy bath sheets and heated tile floor in the bathroom. Had a mini fridge but no microwave. Would have liked windows to open for fresh air, and for a fan in the bathroom, but instead we turned on the blowdryer to reduce the post-shower steam. Outdoor landscaping is a work-in-progress. Overall, safe, comfortable and close proximity to the airport.

Staff were lovely and check-in was easy with a free upgrade. The room was slightly dirty when we arrived, surfaces weren't wiped and there was dirt on the bedsheet and stains on the carpet. All of the fixtures on the walls in the bathroom were also not screwed in properly and were falling off the wall if you put something on them like a towel.
