The front desk indicated they were sold out that night. Then told me my room was on the second floor (without an elevator ) I told them because of my age (85) and my health, the was no way I could climb stairs, let alone with a heavy suitcase. I would be unable to use that room. The lady did some checking and advised me she was able to change my room and I would be able to stay on the main floor, for which I was very grateful.
