Overall experience was good. Was easy to get to from highway which is why I chose this accommodation. Staff very polite and friendly. The only I had a problem with was the fan situation in the room. Very loud.

The property was clean and our room was comfortable. The staff was also friendly and professional. The woman who was working in the kitchen our first morning there was very accommodating for my dietary restrictions and made special food that I could eat, which was not on the menu for that day. However, The pool was a big disappointment. None of my children could really swim in it because of how deep it was at the shallow end, and it was not heated nor were lifejackets provided for the children. It would be nice if details about the pool had been a little bit more specific on the website.

My original room was freezing as the air con temp was too cold, then couldn't be corrected, so was upgraded to a room on the third floor. Breakfasts and the staff working there were great. The gym equipment was either old or non functioning due to missing power cords. The hotel needs a refresh. There were mismatched light bulbs throughout the hotel common areas and in both room. The attention to these details would create a better first impression. Adding a hottub and/or sauna would be an improvement.
