My room was very nice and the bed was fantastic! Every amenity you could want is provided and my staff interactions were all first-rate. The gentleman at check in was especially courteous and efficient. I did not stick around long enough for breakfast but I did have dinner in the on-site lounge. It was excellent, and so was the service. I gave only 3 stars for the remote location because dining options in this area are extremely limited, as are shopping and fuel. Fortunately the hotel has a small selection of convenience store-type items in case you forget something.

Our hotels.com VIP status wasn't added to our booking so upon arrival we weren't able to receive our 20% meal discount. Was advised to call hotels.com to have it added which was a pain as limited with time. The person we spoke to however was very helpful but took a while as they needed to contact the best wsstern direct which kept going to voice-mail. We did use our VIP 20% off for breakfast this morning but would of been nice to of been able to use for previous meals
