Nice neighborhood, 11km from YYC, and 1 minute walk to the bus stop (right across the street). 15 mins walk / 2 mins drive to Walmart and other shopping centres. Garage is also available. Home features Netflix, high speed internet, and other amenities. (NO parties and non-booked guests allowed!) NO PETS, NO DRUGS, NO SMOKING OR CANDLES

Unit was occupied by someone else upon checkin
Never got to stay at the property. When we checked into our unit we found another renter already in the unit. The host arrived in person to find out they gave the door code to another renter without properly verifying the individual's identity. We received a full refund but no further compensation was offered for the inconvenience that has been experienced. Our party of 6 was stuck making over 20 phone calls to look for a hotel to stay at on a long weekend Saturday at 11:30pm. No question we ended up paying more to stay at hotel rooms last minute vs. A prebooked vrbo. Besides the fact the host showed up and gave us a full refund, it was a terrible experience.
