A newly finished legal basement suite boasts a very neat and well-equipped. It has its own entrance and can comfortably accommodate four. Located just 18 minutes from Calgary International Airport and 15 minutes from Cross Iron Mills (outlets mall in Calgary), this suite offers easy access to various amenities. Moreover, it’s just a five-minute walk from a park equipped with lawn tennis courts and other recreational facilities. To enhance your work experience, the suite comes with fast dowWi-Fi.

The Suite is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, complete with a counter top stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more. It also features a dining set and two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-sized bed. Disappointed that the beds only had a mattress with no box spring. I have a disability and with the bed being so low to the floor making it very difficult to get out of bed. A fresh smelling atmosphere would have been more inviting. Thankfuĺy it was for only one night.

We left after checking in. Unwelcoming smell. Place was grubby. Bedding was off putting. We left to go to the store, came back and could only find parking blocks away. That's when we decided to leave and booked into a hotel.

We didnt stay. We left right after checking in. We initially found street parking, went to the store and when we got back, we had to park blocks away. There was an off-putting smell in the property. It was clean on the surface, but grubby. The bedding wasnt great.
