Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking.
House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings.

One problem we had was that the mini split heater couldn’t keep up with the cold weather. It was really cold in the main part of the house. The bedrooms were ok as far as the heat. I probably wouldn’t stay at this property in the winter again. We liked the house and the location Very comfortable beds Well kept home. There was no bbq as advertised. We needed one the first night to cook steaks. But ended up cooking them on the stove.

The description of the property is a little deceptive. It states country setting down a long drive way. The property is located right on a busy road. Not really down a long driveway. We were a little disappointed with the amenities in the kitchen. Maybe we have just been spoiled at other VRBO properties. But normally there are spices, even some sodas, waters and juice for the kids. The place could have used a good vacuum. We found clumps of pet hair on the floor in the bedrooms and living area. There was no closet rods or hangers for us to hang or clothes. The dishwasher practically fell out of the cubby when we went to load it. This place could be a great stay with a little fine touches.
