La chambre de luxe trois lit avec mini bar inclus n’existe pas la description était erroné.
Description aurait du être petite chambre deux lit simple avec petit frigo vide.
Sale de bain pleine de moisissures avec douche avec trous dans le fond ce qui inonde votre sale de bain gens qui fume à l’intérieur .tapis sale à l’intérieur et a l’extérieur insalubre bateau qui vous intoxique avec la vapeur d’essence chaque soir quand il part pour deux heures en balade sur le Nil et la musique commence avec plein tube qui distortions de21:00a23:00 h et le jeudi surprise il en fond deux nous sommes revenus d’une excursion à 00:00 minuit et surprise le bateau n’était pas encore arrivé nous avons eu a attendre 25 minutes dans le noir assis sur des marches poussiéreuse le cauchemar un soir nous avions réservé et payer pour le souper spectacle . Nous montons avec la réservation en main c’est la confusion totale la dame a l’entrée ne voulait pas que l’on assoit elle disait que nous n’avions pas payé ensuite c’est le gérant qui est venus nous dire d’attendre avant d’aller nous servir ensuite le bar est venu nous demander de lui expliquer j’ai montré ma réservation a su moins trois personne ma réservation qui était rédigé en arabe avant que un des employés me l’arrache des mains c’était vraiment gênant tout le monde nous dévisageais finalement ils sont venus s’excuser mais le mal était fait . Nous sommes partis un jour plutôt et nous avons demandé à expédia d’intervenir pour qu’il nous rembour
