Great hotel with helpful staff. Rooftop pool is a treat.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel staff helped us plan our tours of the city. Everything went smoothly. My room is spacious and quiet. The hotel is centrally located.

I arrived in the evening after a 27 hour journey exhausted. I went to bed and was woken up at 30 minutes passed midnight when the reception called my room to ask me if has ordered Mc Donalds....Unbelievable. I prepay ed with Orbitz for the 2 nights , and they requested that I put a deposit of $200 to cover breakfast and meals billed to my room and that was OK by me. However they never credited me the difference on the $200 at checkout although they said they would and on top of that they billed me 364 USD for the room on my CC. So I paid double. Finally one hour after I left I realized that I left my charger in the room. I called them and they called me back saying they got and it would be waiting for me at the reception when I would return there 4 days later to stay the night. Well of course when I went to ask for it nobody knew where it was ....bottom line after returning 3 times with a 5 hours span they still had not found it..Ridiculous and rather sad. .

Good hotel at a great location. Perhaps not quite on the level of some other Kempinski's but quite nice, and feels safe next to the UK embassy.

expectation where high since quality of egyptian sevice was known to us.

I loved the hotel location, overall luxury, though at first I didn't like much how relatively smaller the room was, but all this was overshadowed with an Amazing customer service, a very welcoming staff starting from reception, Tamer? I think was his name and all receptionist, then the butler who prepared a little surprise for me and my bride(we were just coming back from our honeymoon). before this night, we were in Maldives, Thailand and Dubai, but not one hotel we stayed had had a better or as versatile as the buffet breakfast we had, all kinds of food, oriental and western with freshly prepared eggs, crepes and waffles. latte was brought after my request by the breakfast restaurant manager who was very pleasant as well. My advice? go there and try yourself, you'll be glade you did!

Good location.. Great food at osmanly beautiful jazz bar though drinks pricey and food there not as inspired. Stick to wine there.

Close to the Cairo Museum and centrally located near Tahrir square. Food at Osmanly restaurant was great though pricy for Egypt.

the hotel was awesome, very clean and nice room and bathroom. the staff is extremely friendly and they respond to your quickly and promptly. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back

Nice place for short vacations. Needs a dedicated access to te Nile River. Short walk to nearby restaurants.
