Want it to try Kepensky Cairo since a long time, my last Buz. trip stayed 3 nights and had a great experience. Large rooms, good sized baathroom and peacefull area next to the Nil. The Jazz Bar is very pleasant , very friendly staff, for the breakfast a very large choice of intercontinental food ( middle eastern & European ) I will definatly comeback again
I was nervous about travelling to Cairo as I naively listened to the stupid and ignorant media. I could not have been more foolish people!.....Egypt is open it is safe and this hotel is magnificent! It is incredible in every aspect from location, staff , cleanliness and value. I had three incredible nights here and would go back in a second!!!.... The people in Cairo treated this Canadian traveller fabulously!
We thoroughly joyed our stay at the Kempinski. We were provided with an upgrade at checkin and our room was fabulous - spacious, spotlessly clean, super comfy and with terrific views up and down the Nile and across to Giza. The breakfast was amazing, catering for every taste possible, including fresh fruit, pastries, all types of bread, vegetables, soup, dips, cheese, freshly cooked eggs any way you like, pancakes, waffles, fresh juice and on it goes. We also enjoyed drinks in the Jazz Room and a delicious meal in the Osmanly Turkish Restuarant. The concierge was very helpful and arranged a dinner boat cruise and taxis for us. All staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
I stayed for 3 week for work. Had to change room because of smokers next door (also on non smoking floor) and being highly allergic to it, it was painful. Amazing tasteful rooms, loved the pool and gym, the breakfast was impressive (the best in Cairo hotels), and the restaurant very good. Very friendly people overall. This whole hotel is a delicate mix between business and (upscale) tourism and it works. Bit the chain is as strong as its weakest link. Some of the personnel are wonderful, others were uninterested and lazy if not 'motivated' financially. Would I recommend the place ? Yes : it is a safe bet but sometimes service needs to be 'negotiated' at simple levels. For 5 stars that is annoying. However, overall the idea, core project and management of this hotel is very sound.
We booked the Nile Deluxe Room which was elegant, cozy, and spacious. Nice modern bathroom. The balcony was also spacious to enjoy a great view of the Nile and Cairo. To top it off, to celebrate my husband’s birthday, the hotel staff provided a delicious birthday cake. The hotel is in a good location close to markets and attractions such as the Egyptian Museum. The hotel staff was warm and accommodating. The Chocolate Lounge was a nice touch. Very cozy lounge. I got a chance to try some of their deserts which was good. You can also get a hot, delicious breakfast at this hotel. The only con about the hotel is that it is close to the highway which can get noisy at times. Overall, a terrific stay.
Very nice hotel , amazing view ,staff was so friendly and I would like to thanks Mohamed Ragab he have a perfect way and good attitude and Smiling ,really I enjoyed at jazz bar and I will come back soon to visit them again
I recently slatted at this hotel while on business in Cairo. The check in and butler staff are absolutely excellent and extremely good at their jobs. Check-in process was a breeze and butler takes you upstairs to your room to explain all the hotel has to offer. The facilities are also top notch including restaurants, gym and roof top pool. The room was absolutely luxurious and bed was heavenly. Mohammed the butler arranged for all of our tours with little notice and was extremely professional and diligent (he arranged an ATV tour for us at the pyramids as well as a great dinner cruise). I would Definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers coming to Cairo that love excellent service and a great place to stay.
Best place for a weekday escape in Cairo food is very delicious , people are so friendly and it's perfect . And special thanks to Ragab in Gazz bar you are so friendly and excellent person in his job ..
Everything about this hotel was very classy. From the friendly helpful service, to the very comfortable rooms, the location, and the nice pool. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. It is also well located in a very safe part of town.
This hotel is in a top location not far from Tahir Square, the hotel itself is excellent accommodation with professional and courteous staff, with large comfortable rooms with a good selection of tv channels including english football. The jazz bar is a great place to relax at night with excellent views of the nile. would definitely recommend for a stay in Cairo.
