I had a good stay at this property up until after I left and discovered that money was missing from my handbag. I’d only left it once in the room on my last night there to go upstairs and have dinner and the money was there up to that point. I unfortunately did not check my bag before leaving the hotel early the next morning but on the way to the airport I was searching for money to tip the driver and all of it was gone. This wiped out all the good experience I had at the place. There is no safe in the rooms too store valuables. I had carried my handbag with me everywhere except for that last night, big mistake!

Staff was friendly and there if you needed anything. Wifi was terrible and not working at times but the view of the pyramids made up the difference

the property does have a wonderful view of the Giza plateau. the expectation of excessive tipping. tipping is not an option they expected tipping and no less than 100ep

Well we thought it will be a nice place to stay but it's a very bad experience with the surrounding area and the hotel they're very poor conditions but the staff is amazing they're will do anything to you to make you happy!!! The owner of the hotel should make this place lot's better and will have lots more people happy!

The property location to the Giza Pyramids is amazing. The Giza area is not amazing. The hotel was very clean and the workers very nice, though a bit over zealous with trying to be helpful. The Covid situation has made for everyone looking to be helpful. The pyramid light show is worth the stay alone, but I would recommend a max stay if 2 nights in this area. If you are staying more than that, and still want to stay in the Giza area, you might want to consider the Mena House area. Ask how to work the hot water situation, as I was not told that you have to turn the tank on until after a day one cold shower. The value for the money is very good, but Giza is not an area I would choose to stay in again. In no way did I feel the hotel was not clean and well maintained.

Location is excellent in this small but nicely appointed hotel. It is exactly as the listing described.

Pros: 1. View of the pyramid complex is amazing. 2. Breakfast was great 3. Front desk service was great 4. Tour guide was very good Con: 1. Airport shuttle is NOT available, although it is advertised as available. 2. Cleanliness of the rooms are less than desirable. 3. Mattress spring gave out 10 years ago, very uncomfortable.

Awesome view Of the Sphinx and pyramids from the roof top. The hotel staff is amazingly helpful. If you do a tour and need an English speaking guide ask for Mr. Brown Sugar. He is knowledgeable and fun.

Staff and Manager Gamal Ebed were very friendly and always were helping to make sure my family and I feel very welcome in Cairo and hotel. Food was good, hotel is in front of pyramids , they have nice views from restaurant. They have transportation to airports and have tours to go cruises to Nile river, to museum and khan el khalili market..and they are very safe.

The rooftop view was great but nothing else. This hotel is not good for international guests.

Although the view was amazing, there were lots of bad sides. The locks of the doors were challenging to lock and unlock. The stairs were dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all. There were no WiFi signal in the rooms. We could only connect at the terrace or in the lobby. The food was not satisfying at all. The staff was friendly, though.

Great view from the rooftop restaurant, good breakfast.

This Hotel is a MUST STAY! Best hotel I stayed at while in Cairo! That's not even mentioning the best view in Egypt of the Pyramids and Sphinx (as you can see from my pics below). The room was not only nicer but probably 4x the size of the other hotel I stayed at before this one... and that was a name brand 5 star hotel. I woke up looking at the Sphinx staring right back at me... just amazing! Although, even if you're not luckily enough to get a pyramid view room, you are still going to be amazed at every meal or whenever you want... just a quick elevator ride to the roof. The roof has a great ambiance and even better view of the sights with comfortable furniture to relax in. The food staff are extremely friendly and try their best to make sure you have everything you want or need and the kabobs were fantastic! They cooked everything fresh right in front of you and would even call you when your meal was ready if you wanted to go clean up from your daily excursions. Which brings me to the hotel offered day trips... Book them! I did both day excursions (the pyramids/sphinx/Saqarra/Memphis) and (The Egyptian museum/The citadel and multiple churches, including the cave baby Jesus hid in during the reign on King Herod). So the hotel as a whole was a GREAT stay, what made me want to actually write this review was the family that ran this place. The owner Gamal treated me like family and went above and beyond to make sure my stay in Egypt was perfect! I will stay again!
