Secluded second floor modern apartment overlooking tiled pool protected by shade sail. Wide private balcony on two sides, with outdoor dining area. Brightly tiled indoors, attractively furnished. Modern galley kitchen, fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Large smart TV in living room, recliner armchairs, indoor dining nook. Main bedroom has King size bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has 2 King Single beds. Bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned with ceiling fans in each space. Washing machine and dryer included. Lift access to level 3, with ample parking on site. Surrounded by immaculate tropical gardens. 10 minute walk along boardwalk through tropical gardens to the beach front, shops, restaurants. 30 mins north of Cairns, 15 mins to Smithfield shopping centre for groceries and other supplies. Explore the Great Barrier Reef, just minutes away, and set out on day trips to Port Douglas, Cape Tribulation, Kuranda National Park and scenic railway.
