Comfortable room, nice swimming pool, convenient location

Fine property to use as a jumping off point, easy free parking and walkable to the rest of the downtown cairns area. Furniture was old and room was very small (photos make both look better than they are), but rooms were clean, linens and Towels were clean, area was quiet I could sleep with the patio door open. Overall no complaints for price, but I didn’t spend very much time in the room/at the hotel.

Room was huge and clean. Kitchenette had most everything.

Excellent value for our 2 night hotel stay. The rooms were very clean, comfortable. The front desk welcoming and helpful. There is no elevator although the front desk will help with luggage if needed. Appears the hotel has been upgraded as facilities are modern. I would highly recommend this hotel for someone looking for value, function and cleanliness. Easy parking.

I was in town on holiday for a few days and stayed at Coral Tree Inn. The staff was the kindest I experienced during my travels in Australia. The hotel room was spacious and in a quiet area. The hotel is also within walking distance of various grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. I look forward to returning to Coral Tree Inn.

It was ok. I'd give 3.5 stars overall if I could. Wifi only in lobby which isn't that helpful - they close at 9:30. Pool a bit tiny but ok. Beds extremely hard (even my friend who likes hard mattresses thought it was rough). Nice touch to have a mini fridge. No conditioner though which made for some bad hair days haha. Overall ok...

Hotel is more like a motel in southern US except you have to pay for Wi-Fi. By US comparison, the food is expensive and bland. Surprised to see hotel rated as four star. No parking restrictions as it's free on the street.

I'd say overall it was a good value. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. About a 15-20 min. walk from the reef fleet terminal, and only about 5 mins. from the Esplanade, so location isn't bad. However, their "free internet" is just a voucher for 1 hour, and it's very slow.

Staff was friendly, location is good, room was adequate in size, breakfast was good. Hotel needs an upgrade, it's getting old.

Room was average and the bathrooms weren't that great. It had a weird smell to it everytime you flushed. If you are checking in late, you need to let the staff know in advance as front desk closes at around 9pm?? Not sure. Overall , only average.
