Room accommodated 5 people but not for 5 people. We had 3 breakfast bowls. Ran out of toilet paper 2 days away from checking out and it wasn't restocked. We weren't provided spare garbage bags when we filled the garbage. The pool was amazing.

Loved the gental pace Didn't like- the screens on the rooms we're not sealed and did not keep mosquitoes out of the room when allowing fresh air to flow in. Also this was my second stay and didn't like that there was no pool bar at the second pool closer to the back car park. Also would have liked a little shop so you were able to purchase stuff rather than going to Woolworths or those very expensive vending machine. Love that there was free Wi-Fi that it was very unstable at night and made it difficult to watch our Netflix on the television.

Weve stayed here twice now. I first time was excellent, the second time not so much. We had to call security constantly due to kids being awake all night banging doors, loud music and we worked out later they had alcohol (underage). We requested to be moved that night to no avail. The next morning we were moved and were told, they were surprised we werent moved that night. They do need some fresh salad options, everything is deep fried and the only salad was a caesar salad - yes I paid $18 for lettuce... Its a great place for kids and families, cheap option with great pools, but i dont think we will be back

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price Stayed here recently and was quite underwhelmed. The room was small, congested, and well below average for what you'd expect at this price point. There were no laundry or kitchen facilities, which was highly inconvenient for a longer stay. The bed was an old-fashioned bonnet type and extremely uncomfortable. Add to that the outdated and poorly maintained walkways and verandahs – the whole place felt neglected and far from welcoming. Parking was another issue, with very limited spots available, making it a hassle if you're driving. Frankly, this should be a budget option priced under $100. There is absolutely no justification for charging over $200 per night. The property is overhyped and does not deliver. You can easily find far better accommodation in Cairns for the same or even lower cost. Would not recommend.

Located far from central cairns, will need a car / uber to get around really. As soon as we arrived the room was infested with cockroaches - baby cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom, much bigger ones under the fridge and in the cupboards. Make sure you deep clean all crockery before using it, they often run over it in the cupboards. We left no food out and still found cockroaches in our luggage, toiletries bag, ect. Room was fairly clean, still a bit dirty, but also very dingy and damages - lots of marks and stains all over the walls and floors, ect. Can hear people walking past at night very easily. Staff were nice.

Overall I had a pleasant experience with this Resort. At night it was a bit of noisy. People were talking loudly and playing music up to very late and sometimes kids running on the walkway loudly as well. But other than that staffs were friendly, all the facilities are great. My kids love it. Both restaurants are great and serve different varieties of food.
