The staff is warm, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are a good value for the money. The hotel is in a great spot to get out and walk around Cadiz, as well as get to from the train or bus. Forget about doing much on the internet, the speed is terrible. It's a problem with their service, as nearby locations are quite fast. You get a discount at the Spa downstairs, so make sure to go check it out too. It's affordable and looks decorated like a cave, very nice.
This is a hotel we´d go back any day of the week. The location is definitely important, especially when one --as we did-- is to meet with friends coming from a cruise, for the ships land just across from the hotel.
We stayed for one night and the location and rooms were great. Decent sized room, helpful staff, good walking location to cathedral, sea front and watch tower. I'd recommend to anyone needing a good base to explore. It's NOT for a beach goer though
