Completely renovated apartment. It is located on the seafront of Cádiz, on Playa de la Victoria, considered one of the best beaches in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.



The apartment has 70m2, is located on the 4th floor with one bedroom and capacity for up to 4 people.



In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms with a shower equipped with a hairdryer, a separate kitchen equipped with everything you need to spend some fabulous days with your loved ones and enjoy the beautiful Playa de La Victoria and its promenade.



Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía)
