Apartment in the historic center 3 minutes walk from Playa la Caleta, 2 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen. Great roof to hang clothes, to see the old town. Floating floor in living room and bedrooms, close to everything. Internet and WiFi The house is very cozy and is in a very cheerful area. It is an apartment with everything you need to be comfortable, I want whoever comes to the house feel like yours. Something to keep in mind ...... ¡¡... Close to beach and restaurants

Stayed for six weeks in June/July/August. The owner Margarita was incredibly responsive. She had someone help us upstairs with our luggage the first day (second floor, no elevator - third floor for Americans!) The AC stopped working after 2 weeks in the bedrooms but the AC from the living room was good and reliable and floor fans helped move the cool air into the bedrooms. Margarita is installing new AC units in the bedrooms after we left. There is a grocery store El Jamon about 100 yards south of the apartment (or the central market in Plaza de Flores M-Sat 9am-3pm) and you can easily cook meals in the apartment. It’s located about 3-4 blocks from Caleta Beach or you can take the #7 bus (stop near Caleta) to Santa Maria, Victoria or Cortadura. Also great row of restaurants about 4-5 blocks away on Calle de la Virgen de la Palma including Manteca. Highly recommend this apartment.
