The apartment has a living room equipped with plasma TV and exquisitely decorated, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to enjoy some pleasant days in Cádiz. Independent master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It has a private solarium, which is accessed by a private spiral staircase installed inside the apartment. The solarium has outdoor furniture to enjoy stunning views of the city of Cádiz.





If you arrive by car it is possible to stop your car for a few moments near it to unload your luggage. The best option is to park in the Reina Sofía Parking Dock, a few minutes from the apartment. It is at the same time very well connected with the historic center of the city. It is very well connected, the bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment and less than 15 minutes walk from the train station.

A week in Cadiz

The property is located in a pleasant and quite area, on the top floor of a well kept series of apartments, has a wonderful roof terrace and has a functioning much needed lift. The areas of disappointment were: (1) there is only 1 sunbed on the roof terrace when there should have been one for each of us, (2) the website describes the bathroom as having a bath and a shower, whereas it only has a shower, (3) the bed has a single and very hard bolster pillow (a new idea to both of us), whereas it should be supplied with two reasonable pillows, (4) access to the sun terrace is steep and narrow; one needs to be very careful climbing up and down. Carrying food and drink would not be easy. (5) The apartment is quite dark. Describing the decoration as 'exquisite' is a bit of a stretch.

Les points forts de l'appartement: la terrasse magnifique, le bon lit, l'ascenseur, l'emplacement. Les points faibles: une cuisine mal équipée suffisant à peine pour préparer un petit-déjeuner, le manque de lumière naturelle (même les ampoules sont faibles). Sans la terrasse, l'appartement serait plutôt médiocre à l'heure actuelle. Mais avec quelques adaptations peu chères, on pourrait améliorer le bien-être des vacanciers. Michelle & Marc

Petite déception...’.

Mauvais accueil !...Le service est inexistant il faut se ‘débrouiller ‘ pour garer sa voiture trouver la petite rue où se trouve l’agence ( interdiction de se garer dans toutes ces petites rues) là on vous donne la clé et de ‘débrouillez vous pour trouver l’appartement dans une petite rue assez loin de l’agence et bonheur quand vous avez trouvé ‘débrouillez-vous ‘ avec le trousseau de clés jusqu’au 4ème étage(ascenseur existe vraiment !).Il vous reste à découvrir le lieu.Il est très bien rien ne manque.Un pe
